[0:04] President Clinton warns Iraq to finish
[0:06] its troop withdrawal or else.
[0:09] And Chancellor Cole of Germany wins
[0:10] re-election by the narrowest of margins.

[0:21] Dana King reporting. Good evening. Iraqi
[0:24] troops may be retreating from Kuwait's
[0:26] border, but President Clinton is not

[1:37] the administration that has been
[1:38] criticized for sending mixed foreign
[1:40] policy signals is sending a well
[1:43] orchestrated message. The Secretary of
[1:45] State warning Saddam wo
