[0:01] >> This is the CBS Evening News. Dan Rather
[0:03] reporting tonight from Los Angeles. Even
[0:05] as the Northeast struggled with after
[0:07] effects of this weekend's historic
[0:09] snowstorm, Wall Street threw a blizzard
[0:11] of its own. It was a blizzard of buying
[0:13] that sent the Dow Jones Industrial
[0:14] Average up more than 10 points today,
[0:16] surpassing the record high it reached
[0:18] January 10th. Trading was relatively

[0:55] have announced they will guarantee all
[0:56] of the insured and uninsured accounts at
[0:59] the facility and a new name. Bruce Hall,

[1:05] >> Authorities say the prime suspect is a
[1:07] radical survivalist, a fanatic and
[1:09] ultraright-wing tax rebel. Tonight,
[1:11] they're also calling him a killer. Frank
[1:12] Courier has the story of a bizarre case
[1:15] of death and taxes. It was at a police
[1:18] roadblock late yesterday when
[1:19] authorities stopped a car near Madina,
