[0:03] are just going to be like make up their
[0:04] mind and then not want to use the
[0:06] product later when it got better. The
[0:08] only way that would happen is if you're
[0:09] super slow. Whereas, if you really
[0:11] follow up with the user immediately and
[0:13] they're excited to try it again, then
[0:14] you don't really have that problem.
[0:16] >> Anything that kind of trades off speed
[0:17] needs to be really carefully thought
[0:19] through.
[0:19] >> By the time folks are done debating two
[0:21] good options, I will probably have
[0:22] execute on 10. Do I have any emails I

[1:12] scale to billion uh valuation without
[1:15] any PMs and then it became like a big
[1:17] viral post about how like PMs are not
[1:20] valuable anymore. [laughter]
