[0:27] rapist accused of attacking two women in
[0:29] Clakamus County is under arrest. Turns
[0:32] out the suspect is only 16 years old.

[0:36] Dallas grows overnight to more than
[0:38] 9,000 acres. It's within 2 miles of

[0:50] breaking news. The nine coal miners
[0:52] trapped underground for three days in
[0:54] Pennsylvania are alive tonight. That
[0:57] word comes just minutes ago from
[0:59] Pennsylvania's governor.
[1:02] >> Ways that they'll never forget that all
[1:04] nine are alive and we believe that all
[1:07] nine are in pretty good shape and the
[1:10] families now know that. So,
[1:15] >> an emotional moment. Rescue workers
[1:17] lowered a telephone line to the miners
[1:19] today. They have spent three days in a
[1:21] cramped, flooded mine shaft. We're going
[1:23] to go live to Pennsylvania in just a few
[1:25] m minutes for the latest on the rescue
[1:27] efforts there. We're going to find out
[1:28] when rescuers plan to lift the miners to
[1:31] safety. Now, on to the other big story
[1:33] of the night. A 16-year-old is in jail
[1:35] accused of raping a 52year-old woman.
