[0:01] >> for your vote. Next time we're going to

[0:03] slide out, Louisiana now with Tucker

[0:05] Carlson. Tucker, bring us up to date

[0:08] with the devastation. One state over.

[0:12] >> Thanks, Joe. Every word you just said is

[0:14] true. By the way, we're in Slidel,

[0:16] Louisiana, which tonight feels like the

[0:17] end of the earth. Right across Lake

[0:19] Poncha Train from New Orleans, this city

[0:21] of 30,000 got hit one of the hardest of

[0:23] any city in the state of Louisiana. Just

[0:25] creamed directly by the hurricane winds

[0:27] of up to 140 mph. 15 ft wall of water

[0:31] sweeping across part of this town. Just

[0:33] erasing, erasing, demolishing parts of

[0:35] it. Nothing left at all. We're joining

[0:37] you tonight by the side of the road

[0:39] surrounded by parts of houses. You see a

[0:41] rat behind me. It really is almost like

[0:43] a movie set. And yet in the middle of

[0:45] it, there's one of very, very few houses

[0:48] standing in which people are living.

[0:50] Five people were there the other night,

[0:51] the night of the hurricane. They decided

[0:52] to stay. They rode it out. They're still

[0:55] here. Amazingly, they survived. We met

[0:57] them. I want to show you now a little

[0:58] tour of their house we took today and

[1:00] then we'll meet him. Here it is.

[1:02] >> The ocean just came right through here.

[1:05] >> Came from that direction actually from

[1:07] actually where the canal is over there.

[1:09] >> And that's where that's why it

[1:10] eliminated across the street. There used

[1:12] to be buildings.

[1:13] >> Mhm.

[1:13] >> What was over there?

[1:14] >> There were two houses directly across

[1:16] and then a bar next to that and then

[1:19] another bar nex
