[0:11] few hours ago, President Clinton arrived

[0:12] for the economic summit with the leaders

[0:14] of the world's wealthiest industrialized

[0:17] nations. The meeting is going to focus

[0:19] on economic matters, but questions about

[0:20] Mr. Clinton's global political

[0:22] leadership won't be far from the

[0:24] delegates thoughts.

[0:25] >> And this is Mr. Clinton's first overseas

[0:27] trip as president. And as he set out for

[0:29] Tokyo, he proposed to lead the search

[0:31] for a new global economy with lower

[0:33] trade barriers and new jobs. In a few

[0:35] moments, we will be joined by Treasury

[0:37] Secretary Lloyd Benson live from Tokyo

[0:39] to get his forecast for the economic

[0:41] summit. Spencer, of course, is here live

[0:43] with us for his forecast of the weather.
