[0:00] President Trump continues his red state
[0:02] swing today. He'll make two stops in
[0:04] Texas, which has emerged as a
[0:06] battleground when it comes to the US
[0:07] Senate race there at least. Last night,
[0:10] he was in Mississippi campaigning for
[0:11] Senator Cindy Hyde Smith. And while
[0:13] Mississippi has been reliably read, the
[0:16] Senate race is much tighter than
[0:18] expected. CBS News senior White House
[0:20] correspondent Ouija Jang joins us from
[0:21] the north lawn this morning with more on
[0:23] all of this. Ouija, good morning. You
[0:25] know, it's unusual, as we've been

[0:43] that is why the president continues to
[0:45] hit these states and will do so this
[0:47] week as well. Of course, Democrats and
[0:49] their surrogates are doing the same, and
[0:51] they all have the singular goal of
[0:54] convincing voters to turn out.
[0:57] >> The tariffs are so great. They're making
[0:59] our country so rich.
[1:01] >> In Corinth, Mississippi Monday night,
[1:03] President Trump praised his tariff
[1:05] policies and played up his high dollar
[1:07] construction projects at the White
[1:09] House.
