[0:00] We want him to be in the lead in taking

[0:03] the fight against the enemies of his own

[0:05] country.

[0:05] >> How can the president retool his

[0:07] strategy and regain control? Biden and

[0:08] Graham react. Plus, as major cases hit

[0:11] the high court, could he be the key to

[0:12] major changes? Don't miss Fox News

[0:15] Sunday. Whoopee is back.

[0:16] >> I talk about in my show the use of

[0:19] words. Certain words that no one else

[0:20] will use that I will.

[0:21] and hoes. [laughter]

[0:23] >> No.

[0:24] >> Say it one more time. I just got

[0:26] >> the outrageous Whoopi Goldberg on

[0:28] Hannity and Colbmes at 9. Followed by

[0:29] the lineup at 10. [music]

[0:34] >> A beer battle brews in Maine over Santa

[0:37] Claus. Distributor Shelton Brothers is

[0:38] under fire for the label on it Santa but

[0:41] winter Porter. I can't believe I just

[0:44] said that. Which features a rear view of

[0:45] a beer drinking Santa? Could giving him

[0:48] the boot be a violation of the freedom

[0:49] of speech? The state says no since Santa

[0:52] might appeal to children. And that's why

[0:54] banning the label on the bottle is

[0:56] something that they think is the right

[0:58] thing to do. will keep an eye on this

[1:00] one. Weekend Live is continuing our

[1:03] quest to write Christmas wrongs this

[1:06] holiday season. If you're feeling

[1:08] especially Christmy today, you might

[1:10] want to grab a pen and paper because I

[1:12] think you may want them in just a few

[1:14] moments. We call this our Bahumbug

[1:16] series and today's Christmas Wrong comes

[1:19] from Lakeland, Florida. Stan Shiveley is

[1:22] a member of the men's club at the United

[1:24] Methodist Temple and he joins us now

[1:26] with details on something that happened.

[1:28] Stan, I I'm astonished that there is

[1:31] there's such a person out there, but

[1:33] your little group trying to raise money

[1:35] for charity suffered a loss. Tell us

[1:37] about it. Well, it appeared that about

[1:40] um sometime between last weekend and

[1:43] Thanksgiving, someone came on our

[1:46] properties where we sell our trees and

[1:48] helped himself to 30 of our Fraser furs

[1:50] and Colorado blue spruce.

[1:51] >> Now, these are the kind of the Cadillac

[1:53] of Christmas trees, aren't they?

[1:55] >> Absolutely. They are u we we buy nothing

[1:58] but the best tree. Nothing's too good

[2:01] for our Lakeland folks.

[2:02] >> All right. So, now tell me, you've got

[2:04] these trees that were stolen, and you

[2:06] were selling the trees for what purpose?

[2:09] >> The trees just go to benefit various

[2:13] charities that we have a list of about

[2:15] 15 or 16 charities that we annually

[2:17] support. Over about 60% of our budget

[2:21] that we get from this goes directly to

[2:24] those agencies such as Big Brothers, Big

[2:26] Sisters, the Sheriff's Villa, uh Visty,

[2:30] and and those type of of various

[2:32] charities within the Lakeland and the

[2:35] greater Lakeland and the Pulk County

[2:36] area.

[2:37] >> And the total financial loss was about

[2:39] how much?

[2:40] >> In between, we can't be exactly, but

[2:43] between 2,700 and $3,000 worth of trees

[2:46] were came up missing.

[2:49] >> All right. So, somebody decided that

[2:51] they were going to be the Grinch and

[2:53] steal Christmas and and the good that

[2:55] you were doing. You lost somewhere

[2:56] around $3,000 in your effort to do a

[2:59] nice thing. So, uh you've had some

[3:02] people who've tried to help you out a

[3:03] little bit, right? That's certainly

[3:05] right. People have just uh the

[3:07] generosity has been really overwhelming.

[3:09] We've had people just coming coming off

[3:11] the street into our lot and giving us a

[3:13] check for $25 or or something like that,

[3:16] which helps reduce that $3,000 quite a

[3:19] lot.

[3:20] >> All right, so this is where our

[3:22] fantastic Fox viewers have a chance to

[3:24] come in and help out. If you feel so

[3:27] led, if you want to help out Stan and

[3:29] the good folks in Lakeland, Florida,

[3:31] here is how you can reach them. really

[3:33] probably the thing that you want to

[3:35] focus on is that phone number we're

[3:37] putting on the bottom of your screen.

[3:39] That's the easiest thing to to mark

[3:41] down. The United Methodist Temple Men's

[3:43] Club, 2700 South Florida Avenue,

[3:46] Lakeland, Florida. The zip code is

[3:49] 333803.

[3:52] And the number you see on the screen is

[3:54] 863

[3:56] 68833114.

[4:01] If you think this is a Christmas wrong

[4:03] that you might want to try to set right,

[4:06] send something to those guys or send a

[4:07] question to your email address. We'll

[4:09] get that information to you. And if you

[4:10] want to send us your humbug ideas, your

[4:12] bahan bug ideas, it's the same email

[4:15] address. We can live at foxnews.com. If

[4:18] you know of a Christmas wrong that needs

[4:19] to be set right, we want to try to help

[4:21] you. Stan, good luck. Will you let us

[4:23] know how things go?

[4:25] >> We will indeed. Thank you very much.

[4:26] >> Stay in touch, Stan. We'll talk to you

[4:28] soon.

[4:29] >> Thanks, Brian.

[4:33] A first for Ford and actually a fourth.

[4:36] For the first time in history, Ford

[4:38] Motor Company dropped to fourth place in

[4:41] November for US sales. Toyota Motor of

[4:44] Japan took home the bronze. Ford and

[4:46] other automakers are struggling to turn

[4:48] a profit. And I know it's a tough

[4:49] question to ask, but is the American

[4:51] automobile a dying a slow death? Here to

[4:54] break it down is Fox Business

[4:56] contributor Mike Norman. Mike, what's

[4:58] your sense about all this? Brian, look,

[5:00] we have to be realistic about this.

[5:02] First of all, I think it's remarkable

[5:04] how well American automakers have

[5:06] competed with the Japanese for so long.

[5:08] You have to understand that for decades

[5:09] now, the Japanese have basically been

[5:11] subsidizing their exporters and mainly

[5:14] the auto industry either through direct

[5:17] subsidies, impediments to trade, or

[5:19] currency manipulation. Consider this.

[5:22] How do you think the state of our auto

[5:24] industry would look like if we

[5:25] contributed trillions of dollars over

[5:27] the period of years and gave them

[5:30] unfettered access to the largest economy

[5:32] in the world? That in a sense is what

[5:35] the Japanese have been doing and now the

[5:36] Chinese will come into play here as

[5:38] well. So it really is quite incredible

[5:41] the job the performance of US

[5:43] manufacturers in the face of this

[5:45] onslaught, competitive onslaught and

[5:47] also sort of an unfair uh playing

[5:50] advantage. You know what? I I look at

[5:51] American cars and I I do agree with you.

[5:53] They're they're pretty well built these

[5:55] days. They they they've really solved a

[5:57] lot of the uh the quality control

[5:59] problems that they once had. But when I

[6:01] look at them, I just go, "Boring, man.

[6:04] That's boring." But again, it comes down

[6:06] to look, if if you're going to uh

[6:08] publicly subsidize an industry, you're

[6:10] going to have an advantage. You're going

[6:12] to able to take time to develop that and

[6:14] have the innovation to come out with a

[6:16] product. We have a free market. We don't

[6:18] do that here. So, they are doing still a

[6:20] great job.

[6:21] >> Got to go. Thank you much. A New Orleans

[6:23] yacht company just got a huge order.

[6:24] We'll tell you about their plans to

[6:26] build the biggest yacht ever and boost

[6:28] the local economy. And a new computer

[6:31] system claims it can help your doctor

[6:32] make the correct diagnosis. Is that too

[6:35] good to be true? We'll take a closer

[6:37] look.

[6:51] Are you struggling every month to pay

[6:53] your mortgage, your credit cards, car

[6:56] loans, and other bills? Do you need

[7:20] ditec.com.

[7:26] >> Wait, did you see that? Go back.

[7:30] Clearly, that woman is trying to get

[7:32] more fiber and calcium in her diet when

[7:34] it's so much easier with Metamucil

[7:36] capsules plus calcium. Metamucil fiber

[7:40] for regularity, plus as much calcium as

[7:42] an 8 oz glass of milk for strong bones

[7:44] to help prevent osteoporosis. Metamucil

[7:47] capsules plus calcium. Stay regular.

[7:50] Stay strong.

[7:51] >> Look closely. How fast is your 1/4 mile?

[7:54] >> Oh, 5 minutes 10.

[7:57] >> How fast is your internet?

[7:59] >> Oh, well, with Comcast it's like it's

[8:02] way faster than my old DSL.

[8:04] >> They have this thing called Power View.
