[0:00] send off break.
[0:00] >> We'll see you again.
[0:09] >> The O'Reilly factor from Los Angeles is
[0:11] on. Tonight, President Bush facing some
[0:13] very difficult decisions regarding
[0:14] terrorism. Iran may be protecting
[0:16] Taliban and is sending weapons to the
[0:18] PLO. What should the USA do? What will
[0:22] Congress do now that we know Afghan
[0:23] warlords are protecting some
[0:24] high-ranking Taliban? We'll talk with a
[0:26] senator just back from Afghanistan. And
[0:29] why does Hollywood hate The Factor? Bill
[0:31] Maher has some theories for us. Caution,
[0:34] you're about to enter a no spin zone.
[0:35] The Factor begins in 90 seconds.
[0:44] Fox News Live. I'm Kieran Chet. The
[0:46] first group of al-Qaeda and Taliban
[0:48] prisoners arrived at the US Naval Base
[0:50] in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. They were flown
[0:53] in on an Air Force plane similar to the
[0:55] one you see there. They'll be kept in a
[0:56] highsecurity military prison.
[1:00] >> They will be handled in the right way.
[1:02] They'll be handled uh not as prisoners
[1:04] of wars because they're not, but but as
[1:07] unlawful combatants. Um they, as I
[1:11] understand it, technically unlawful
[1:13] combatants do not have any rights under
[1:15] the Geneva Convention. We have indicated
[1:18] that we do plan to for the most part um
[1:21] uh treat them in a manner that is
[1:23] reasonably consistent with the Geneva
[1:25] conventions
[1:27] uh to the extent they are appropriate.
[1:29] >> And this first group of men are
[1:30] considered the most dangerous of the
[1:32] captives. The feds have charged an
[1:34] Egyptian national with lying in
[1:36] connection with the 911 investigation.
[1:38] They say he denied knowledge of a radio
[1:40] in his hotel room
