[0:15] important places I do that is in an app

[0:17] called notion in this video I'm going to

[0:20] break down how I use notion to manage

[0:22] the craziness of day-to-day life and

[0:24] focus on my priorities in my business in

[0:27] my life in my creativity

[0:33] over the last 2 years I've gone from

[0:35] working as a solo freelancer to a 10

[0:38] person team it has been the wildest ride

[0:40] of my life I had to learn so many things

[0:43] how to manage a team how to recruit and

[0:45] hire talented people how to delegate how

[0:47] to make sure all these different moving

[0:49] parts continue to operate at a high

[0:52] standard even if I'm not there myself

[0:53] all the time I quickly became

[0:55] overwhelmed one key thing that saved me

[0:57] was developing a set of Rock solid

[1:00] standard operating procedures known as

[1:03] Sops Sops save my life when I hired my

[1:06] first employee we started a weekly

[1:08] ritual every week I would demonstrate

[1:10] how I completed just one repeated task

[1:12] could be anything publishing a post on

[1:14] our blog paying an invoice scheduling a

[1:16] meeting for me kind of rambling and all

[1:18] over the place but here's where Bethany

[1:20] would take a very critical Second Step

[1:22] actually rewatch the recording of that

[1:25] Zoom call and she would turn my messy

[1:28] explanation into a streamlined checklist
