[0:11] just a few minutes ago the National
[0:13] Hurricane Center upgraded Wilma to a
[0:15] hurricane making it not only the 21st
[0:18] name storm of the season but the 12th
[0:20] hurricane tying yet another record set
[0:23] for 12 hurricanes back in 1969 this
[0:25] storm is becoming more forwardable
[0:27] almost by the minute there was a storm
[0:30] 12 hours ago and now you can see the
[0:31] center of circulation very well defined
[0:34] it is becoming much more symmetrical we
[0:36] still have some of the storm kind of
[0:38] weighted down here on the south side
[0:40] with some fairly inten
