[2:23] Next time
[2:42] this week on Your Total Health,
[2:45] >> the Battle of the Bulge, celebrity
[2:46] style.
[2:47] >> I'm frustrated right now. I worked
[2:49] really, really hard.
[2:50] >> Sometimes losing weight is
[2:51] unpredictable.
[2:52] >> Behind the drama.
[2:53] >> Oh, come on.
[2:54] >> The fat smashing diet of VH1's Celebrity
[2:58] Fit Club. For young girls to get a shot
[3:02] or not. A tough decision about a new
[3:04] vaccine to prevent cervical cancer. And
[3:08] oh yeah, let's do it.
[3:10] >> Child's play at the gym. I give it a
[3:13] try. Go girl. Go.
[3:18] Now, your total health with Hoda Cotby.
[3:22] >> Hi everybody, I'm Hoda Cotby. Welcome to
[3:23] your total health. We are going to kick
[3:25] off our program by taking a look at
[3:27] another program, one that ingeniously
[3:29] combines two national obsessions,
[3:32] dieting and celebrity watching. Yeah,
[3:34] I'm talking about VH1's Celebrity Fit
[3:37] Club, the program that pits overweight
[3:39] stars against each other in a race to
[3:41] lose the flab and rekindle the fab.
[3:46] If you think losing weight is hard
[3:47] enough, try doing it on national
[3:50] television.
[3:51] >> You're on my time right now. Let's go.
[3:54] >> That's the challenge these out of shape
[3:56] stars are taking on as part of VH1's
[3:58] Celebrity Fit Club. Now in its fourth
[4:02] season, the show follows eight
[4:03] celebrities as they battle the bulge in
[4:05] a no holds barred competition.
[4:08] >> Who are you Italian sausage stud?
[4:12] This year's cast includes Vincent
[4:14] Pastori, last seen getting whacked on
[4:16] the Sopranos. Oh god.
[4:18] >> Weight loss poster child Carney Wilson.
[4:20] >> Is it normal to be like a little
[4:21] nauseous?
[4:22] >> And Ted Lange. Remember Isaac from the
[4:25] loco?
[4:26] >> Yeah. I've been on the water so much in
[4:28] my career. Uh, margarita. You want a
[4:30] margarita?
[4:31] >> Each week they are held to account by a
[4:33] panel of experts including a
[4:34] psychiatrist, a drill sergeant, and diet
[4:38] doctor Ian Smith.
[4:40] Can we finally put to rest that it's not
[4:43] about being big bone?
[4:46] >> Alongside weekly workout challenges, the
[4:48] contestants are asked to follow Dr.
[4:50] Smith's diet book, The Fat Smash Diet.
[4:53] >> I have to tell you that uh that diet, I
[4:56] mean, my body is very angry at you.
[5:03] But the final test of their progress is
[5:05] measured by numbers on a customdesigned
[5:08] scale. Activate the scale.
[5:14] >> And as with any weight loss plan, it's
[5:16] the losers who come out on top.
[5:22] >> And here to talk about Celebrity Fit
[5:24] Club and his book, The Fat Smash Diet,
[5:26] is Dr. Ian Smith. Dr. Smith, so nice to
[5:29] have you here.
[5:30] >> Good to be here with you. that celebrity
[5:31] fit club looks like a ball. Is Is it
[5:34] tough to get these actors and actresses
[5:36] to participate to play?
[5:39] >> Uh I would say by and large most of them
[5:41] >> Yeah.
[5:42] >> sign up and do it.
[5:44] >> Uh and the reason I think is because
[5:45] listen they are bearing their souls to
[5:47] millions of Americans.
[5:48] >> They are admitting what their
[5:49] vulnerabilities are. They are weighing
[5:51] themselves in front of a national
[5:52] audience. So most of them are motivated
[5:54] by that alone. Uh there are a couple who
[5:57] kind of fall off the wagon and you see
[5:59] those those train wrecks, but by and
[6:01] large these guys are very motivated. The
[6:02] cast we have now
[6:04] >> I've always said is the best cast we've
[6:05] ever had, not just from the level of
[6:07] celebrity, but also from their
[6:09] motivation and their commitment.
[6:10] >> Now Carne Wilson, didn't she have the
[6:11] gast gastric bypass and she's trying to
[6:13] lose more weight.
[6:14] >> She used the gastric bypass poster
[6:16] child. But here's this is why I'm happy
[6:18] Carney's on the show this season because
[6:19] people think gastric bypass is an
[6:21] immediate permanent answer and it's not.
[6:23] It's a conduit to the answer. And what
[6:26] she did was she did the gastric bypass,
[6:28] but then she took on bad behaviors
[6:30] again.
[6:31] >> So, we're trying to teach her that there
[6:32] are behaviors you need to explore and
[6:35] adopt that will help you afterwards.
[6:38] >> Is that is the show really real? I mean,
[6:39] it looked really real when you're when
[6:41] you're up there talking. Is Is that
[6:43] really happening? These conversations,
[6:44] >> the show is as real as the two of us
[6:47] sitting here talking. I mean, it is
[6:48] absolutely there's nothing that's
[6:50] scripted. They come up, they have
[6:52] issues, we respond. There are dramatic
[6:54] moments where we disagree. Car and I
[6:56] actually get into a big fight. You do
[6:57] >> about gastric bypass this season. Uh,
[6:59] but it's real. It's just the tapes roll.
[7:01] >> Tell me how Isaac is from the Love Boat
[7:03] because I love Isaac.
[7:04] >> Ted Lange is a warrior. I mean, he is 58
[7:07] years old. The second oldest. Vinnie
[7:09] Ptor from the Sopranos is the oldest of
[7:11] 60.
[7:12] >> But Ted is the second oldest. And he was
[7:14] such a trooper. He will motivate
[7:16] hopefully baby boomers because he does
[7:18] so well. Now, we have a lot of uh people
[7:20] who come up on the show with a book.
[7:22] Your book's called The Fat Smash Diet.
[7:24] Ian, what makes this book unique?
[7:26] >> The book is unique uh for several
[7:27] reasons. First being that it's a real
[7:29] book.
[7:30] >> It allows you to eat real foods. And one
[7:32] of the problems with many diet books is
[7:33] that people have to eat restricted
[7:35] regimens or they have to spend a lot of
[7:37] money on foods. This is regular foods
[7:39] you would typically buy. It's also very
[7:41] flexible. It allows you to make
[7:43] substitutions.
[7:44] >> The biggest thing people say there's no
[7:45] calorie counting. All you have to do is
[7:47] eat off of the list of foods at the
[7:49] amount that's prescribed.
[7:50] >> And exercise is big in your book, too,
[7:52] right?
[7:52] >> Exercise should should be big in
[7:54] everyone's book because it's just not
[7:55] about losing weight. It's about
[7:57] longevity.
[7:58] >> And I like that it's in a paperback
[7:59] form. And you did this wise, so it would
[8:00] be more accessible for everybody to buy
[8:02] it.
[8:02] >> I told the publisher, if I'm going to do
[8:04] this book, it has to be in paperback. It
[8:06] has to be small. It has to be
[8:08] inexpensive because I don't believe diet
[8:09] should be expensive. And now is the
[8:11] book.
[8:11] >> Can I tell you what I love about the
[8:12] book? Recipes in the back. everybody
[8:15] like and they look pretty simple even
[8:16] for somebody like me and these are great
[8:19] yeah great recipes
[8:20] >> no people people love the construct you
[8:21] know the the four phases of the program
[8:23] are the front of the book and then you
[8:25] have recipes that correspond to the
[8:26] phases but the idea is listen dieting
[8:28] should not be complicated and I wanted
[8:30] to make it simple and I think that the
[8:32] you know the celebrities have shown it
[8:33] and others who've done so well I mean
[8:35] it's bearing out
[8:36] >> so the TV show the book so you're really
[8:38] not very busy you're not really doing
[8:39] much is that right
[8:41] >> I'm playing golf most of the time
[8:42] >> Dr. Smith, thank you so much for joining
[8:44] us. We really appreciate it. And up
[8:46] next, celebrities share a few of their
[8:48] health secrets after this.
[8:51] Plus, in the war on cervical cancer, a
[8:53] new vaccine for girls. What doctors are
[8:56] recommending, and an old-fashioned fad
[9:00] becomes a new way to help you lose those
[9:03] inches. Oh my god. Third grade
[9:05] flashback. Third grade flashback.
[9:07] And now it's time to test your health
[9:09] IQ. The average American woman is 5'4 in
[9:14] tall. How much does she weigh? Is it A
[9:18] 135 lb, B 145, C 155, or D65?
[9:25] The answer in just a moment.
[9:26] >> This segment is brought to you by
[9:28] flufacts.com where you can learn how to
[9:30] spot the signs of flu.
[9:31] >> So, what's your favorite gift, Dad?
[9:33] >> Wow, that's a really tough one. I think
[9:36] it's a tossup between the dad fell
[9:39] asleep on the couch pillowcase
[9:42] and the very stylish dad tried to cook
[9:45] apron.
[9:48] >> Um, aren't we forgetting something?
[9:50] >> Oh, right. The perennial holiday
[9:52] favorite. Dad left the turkey on the
[9:54] counter serving tray.
[9:55] >> If only everybody knew they could put
[9:57] pictures on just about anything by
[9:59] uploading photos to walgreens.com.
[10:02] >> We are family.
[10:05] Get on up with
[10:09] everyone
[10:11] together
[10:13] as we walk by.
[10:15] >> Join the Rentway family. Your
[10:17] satisfaction is my personal guarantee.
[10:19] Catch the Rentway spirit. Get the brand
[10:21] name products you want today.
[10:23] >> We are family.
[10:29] We are family.
[10:32] Closed captioning provided by
[10:35] >> The secret to great holiday food is
[10:37] Swanson broth. Swanson starts with all
[10:39] natural chicken stock and is simmered
[10:40] with the flavors of garden vegetables
[10:42] and herbs. The secret is Swanson broth.
[10:46] And now the answer to this week's Health
[10:48] IQ. The average American woman is 5'4 in
[10:51] tall. So how much does she weigh? D
[10:54] nearly 165 lb. That's up from the 1960s
[10:59] when she was 5 foot three and weighed
[11:01] 140 lbs.
[11:04] As if girls don't have enough to think
[11:05] about, this school year, female students
[11:07] are facing a brand new decision. And it
[11:10] is a sensitive one. Whether to get
[11:12] vaccinated against the sexually
[11:14] transmitted disease that causes cervical
[11:16] cancer. The vaccine is approved for
[11:18] girls as young as nine. It is
[11:21] controversial and for some families a
[11:23] deeply personal choice. Here's Mike
[11:25] Huffman. Is it good for life or will she
[11:28] have to come back and get
[11:29] >> Ann Actton is a mom on a mission.
[11:32] >> To me, it didn't matter whether or not I
[11:34] had to pay for it or the insurance paid
[11:36] for it. Uh, she was getting the shot.
[11:39] >> She is Actton's 17-year-old daughter
[11:41] Britney. And the shot is Gardil, the new
[11:45] Mercine for the human papilloma virus,
[11:47] the most common sexually transmitted
[11:50] disease and leading cause of cervical
[11:52] cancer. Obviously, abstinence is the
[11:55] best protection for any sort of sexually
[11:57] transmitted disease, and I don't want
[11:59] anybody to think otherwise. It's just
[12:01] one time. That's it. It's only just one
[12:04] time.
[12:05] >> Actton, a school teacher, knows about
[12:07] HPV all too well. She may look healthy,
[12:10] but she's undergoing chemotherapy for
[12:12] cervical cancer that has spread to her
[12:15] lymph nodes. So, she wanted to be among
[12:17] the first in the country to bring in her
[12:19] daughter to get the firstofits-kind
[12:21] vaccine to prevent it. Britney clearly
[12:24] does not like needles, but her mother
[12:26] did not have to twist her arm to get
[12:28] this shot.
[12:29] >> See, that's all
[12:30] >> so bad.
[12:31] >> Even though my mom's sick, it hurts
[12:33] everybody. It hurts. It hurts our whole
[12:35] family. And if I don't have cancer, then
[12:39] then my family won't have to suffer
[12:41] either. Britney falls into the age group
[12:44] between 9 and 26 that a Centers for
[12:47] Disease Control committee recently
[12:48] recommended get Gardil. It's going to be
[12:51] a little thick.
[12:52] >> MK says Gardil could reduce the number
[12:54] of new cervical cancer cases worldwide
[12:57] from half a million to 150,000. Health
[13:01] care experts agree it's a crucial first
[13:03] step in winning the war against HPV. I
[13:07] think the HPV vaccine is one of the best
[13:09] things that's happened to women's
[13:11] healthcare in years. It has the
[13:13] potential to save thousands of lives in
[13:15] the United States.
[13:16] >> But this isn't just a story about
[13:18] science. It's also about politics. Last
[13:21] spring, when conservative groups heard
[13:23] about the vaccine, they balked.
[13:26] >> This is not a a silver bullet that is
[13:28] going to make uh suddenly make sex safe.
[13:31] They worried the vaccine might give
[13:33] teens a license to have sex, but
[13:36] ultimately they decided to endorse the
[13:38] vaccine.
[13:39] >> And what we did was to reach out to them
[13:41] and have conversations about um HPV and
[13:44] and what the vaccine was all about.
[13:47] >> Still, that relationship may be put to
[13:50] the test. Some state legislators are now
[13:52] considering the issue of mandatory
[13:54] school vaccinations for young girls, and
[13:57] that conservative group say they will
[13:59] not endorse. But right now for Anne
[14:02] Actton and her daughter, the choice
[14:04] about whether to get the vaccination is
[14:06] clear.
[14:07] >> I know I'll sleep better at night
[14:08] knowing she is protected at at least
[14:11] against this one cancer. Maybe not from
[14:14] them all, but at least this one.
[14:18] >> Coming up, a new twist on an old
[14:21] favorite.
[14:21] >> Can I ask you about your waistline just
[14:23] because it is so Wait, look at how tiny
[14:25] this waist is.
[14:26] >> Plus, celebrities share their secrets
[14:28] for beating stress.
[14:30] Okay, first answer unedited.
[14:32] >> Working with that left hand.
[14:36] >> Thanks for the death, Mom.
[14:38] >> Simple everyday moments can be the
[14:41] perfect time to talk to your kids about
[14:42] not smoking so you don't have to plan a
[14:45] big discussion.
[14:46] >> There's a dragon fly on
[14:48] >> your leg.
[14:49] >> A little moment will do just fine.
[14:52] >> Looks really
[14:53] >> Talk to your kids about not smoking.
[14:55] >> Smoking cigarettes can hurt your game,
[14:57] too.
[14:57] >> They'll listen.

[14:59] conversation starters, log on to

[15:07] A lot of times being a teenager means
[15:09] living with labels,
[15:12] you know, like the ones other people
[15:13] give you and the ones you give yourself.
[15:18] If you're feeling overwhelmed by
[15:19] problems at school, at home, or anywhere
[15:22] else, you don't need labels. You need
[15:24] people who will listen. You need to call

[15:38] >> Yes, sir. Picked it up on Thursday.
[15:40] >> Yeah, let's take a look.
[15:41] >> I bet your insurance rates really went
[15:42] up when you bought this. When are you
[15:44] going to let me give you a quote?
[15:46] >> Mark, you're a good insurance agent and
[15:47] a good friend, but I'm happy with my
[15:49] insurance. You know, they're really
[15:50] courteous and they were great with
[15:52] Jenny's claim. Those companies that
[15:53] promise to save you money are hundreds
[15:54] of dollars more.
[15:55] >> Are you insured with Wawwana?
[15:57] >> How did you know? I can't compete with
[15:58] them. My advice to anyone insured with

[16:47] the Icy Hot Back Patch. Big and strong.
[16:49] First, it's icy to dull the pain, then
[16:51] hot to relax it away for hours. The Icy
[16:53] Hot Back Patch.
[16:54] >> Count on it.
[17:01] >> The world of health is changing all the
[17:02] time. Let's check out some of the latest
[17:04] developments in Health Now. The risk of
[17:08] dying from cancer in this nation
[17:10] continues to drop. The latest data from
[17:12] the leading cancer organizations show
[17:14] from 1993 to 2003 annual death rates
[17:18] dropped 1.6% for men and8% for women.
[17:24] Researchers speculate the greater
[17:25] decline for men is due in part to their
[17:28] decrease in tobacco use. When it comes
[17:30] to superersized fast foods, your eyes
[17:33] may be smaller than your stomach. A
[17:35] study in the Annals of Internal Medicine
[17:36] finds people substantially underestimate
[17:39] the calories in large fast food meals
[17:42] and they don't have that same problem
[17:44] with small meals. And earlier in the
[17:47] program, we told you the height and
[17:48] weight of the average American woman.
[17:50] Now, for the average American man, in
[17:53] 1960, he was 5' 8 in tall and weighed
[17:57] 166 lb. Today he is 5' 9 and a half
[18:00] inches and a substantial
[18:03] 191 pounds and that's this week's
[18:06] health. Now
[18:09] here's a fact that may shock you. In
[18:10] this country every 8 seconds a baby is
[18:13] born. Now that's a lot of joy and a lot
[18:16] of work. Enough work in fact that more
[18:18] and more expectant couples are hiring
[18:20] professional help for extra support in
[18:22] the delivery room and beyond.
[18:25] Push.
[18:27] Lisa Gould Rubin's job is literally a
[18:30] labor of love.
[18:31] >> Deep breath in.
[18:33] >> For the past two decades, Lisa has been
[18:35] part handholder, part coach.
[18:37] >> Roll a little more forward so the baby's
[18:40] off your back. 20 years ago, people had
[18:43] no idea what it was that I did. They
[18:44] thought I worked for the unions. I said
[18:46] I did professional labor support. Lisa
[18:49] is a doula. According to the term, it
[18:52] means mothering the mother. It's
[18:54] somebody that is hired to help a couple
[18:57] through labor and delivery. I am both a
[19:01] labor support doula and a postpartum
[19:03] doula so that I can help with continuity
[19:05] of care. Doulas are not midwives. They
[19:09] do not participate in the medical side
[19:11] of child birth. But when the time comes,
[19:13] they are advocates and comforters hired
[19:16] to help ensure that expectant moms and
[19:18] dads have a good, positive, and healthy
[19:22] birthing experience.
[19:23] >> My overall goal is to see how I can help
[19:27] everybody in that room work together
[19:29] universally to help that couple have the
[19:31] best birth experience possible. From
[19:34] emotional support to advice on breathing
[19:36] techniques, Adoula can help alleviate
[19:38] the pressure, especially for first-time
[19:41] parents like Sandro and Jen Prosperino.
[19:44] I had an issue during delivery where the
[19:46] baby's head was turned the wrong way and
[19:48] I wasn't progressing as fast as the
[19:50] doctors had wanted me to. So, our doula
[19:52] had the idea that if I would rotate on
[19:55] my side to go from side to side, it
[19:57] would free up the baby's head, which we
[19:59] did. And within an hour of doing that,
[20:01] we delivered the baby where the doctors
[20:03] were all ready to do a C-section at that
[20:05] point.
[20:06] >> But doulas are not always welcomed.
[20:09] >> When we told the doctor that we were
[20:10] going to use a doula, he was a little
[20:12] hesitant, tried to discourage us from
[20:14] using it.
[20:15] >> There are some physicians and others in
[20:17] the field who question the benefits of
[20:19] hiring a doula. Dr. Dr. Dennis McCroy,
[20:21] an OBGYn, is among those who are
[20:24] supportive, but he believes a doula's
[20:27] experience level plays a significant
[20:29] role in childbirth.
[20:30] >> In my experience, the newer doulas
[20:33] sometimes do not prepare the patient as
[20:36] well. And the for us, it feels like
[20:38] there's an extra person between the
[20:39] doctor and the patient. But in general,
[20:41] once they've made that decision, I
[20:42] support it. I think my overall
[20:44] experience has been good with doulas.
[20:46] >> The popularity of doulas has exploded in
[20:48] the past decade. Membership in the
[20:50] leading doula organization in North
[20:52] America has risen from 1,200 in 1995 to
[20:57] almost 6,000 in 2005.
[21:00] >> I really do believe that it doesn't
[21:01] really matter how you have a baby as
[21:04] long as you end up feeling good about
[21:06] it. That's what's the start to good
[21:08] family.
[21:09] >> Are you tired?
[21:10] >> Okay, it's time for one of my favorite
[21:12] parts of the program when celebrities
[21:14] share their health secrets. We asked a
[21:16] few what they do to relax for this
[21:17] week's Celebrity Confidential.
[21:23] Okay, first answer, unedited. Sleep was
[21:25] one of them. Actually, to me, exercising
[21:28] relaxes me.
[21:30] >> Ooh, really? It's the standard, the hot
[21:32] bath.
[21:33] >> Just take any minute out for yourself
[21:34] >> and lock the door so no one bugs you.
[21:37] >> To relax, I like to lie down.
[21:40] >> I I knit or do needle. I have some
[21:42] tactile sense of knitting. use this been
[21:44] lately.
[21:45] >> Sometimes I'll close my eyes
[21:48] and lie down for long periods of time.
[21:50] >> I read
[21:52] and I watch a lot of MTV.
[21:55] >> I read. I'm I'm an avid reader. I
[21:57] >> actually read book on an elliptical
[21:59] machine. It's possible to read while
[22:00] you're working out.
[22:01] >> What do I do to relax? Uh absolutely
[22:03] nothing.
[22:04] >> Work.
[22:07] >> I become a couch potato.
[22:09] >> Play poker.
[22:10] >> Do you bet?

[25:41] >> It was a fad that defined a generation.
[25:44] >> The hula hoop crane spreading like
[25:46] wildfire.
[25:47] >> The hula hoop. Hours of good
[25:50] oldfashioned fun. Well, the hula hoop is
[25:53] back,
[25:55] and it's not just for kids anymore.
[25:57] >> Move that hoop. That's where you're
[25:58] getting your cardio workouts.
[26:00] >> Wendy Iverson is the creator of the
[26:02] heavy hoop, which is just as it sounds,
[26:04] a hoop with added weight. It's being
[26:07] used in gyms nationwide. Wendy, this is
[26:10] taking me back to my childhood, the old
[26:12] hula hoops. What gave you the idea to
[26:13] take a regular old hula hoop and turn it
[26:16] into something more?
[26:17] >> Well, I've always loved a hula hoop. And
[26:20] after I had my baby, I had a lot of
[26:22] weight to lose. So, I had a plastic hoop
[26:24] at home and I would exercise with that.
[26:26] And I thought about this, you know, if I
[26:27] added some weight to this, it probably
[26:29] be really challenging.
[26:30] >> How much heavier is this than your
[26:32] general plastic hoop that we're used to?
[26:34] >> A plastic hoop weighs nothing. This is 3
[26:37] lb. And there's also a 5 lb hoop for the
[26:40] more experienced exercisers.
[26:41] >> Okay. Can I ask you about your waistline
[26:42] just because it is so Wait, look at how
[26:45] tiny this waist is. How big around are
[26:47] you?
[26:47] >> Well, it's like 22 in. But it the hoop
[26:51] works. It always it wasn't always like
[26:52] that. Trust me, you're working that core
[26:55] of the body. Swing it.
[26:56] >> In fact, tests performed on the heavy
[26:58] hoop by researchers in Dallas show that
[27:01] vigorous hooping burns as many calories
[27:03] per minute as running an 8minute mile.
[27:07] >> Use it for cardio, for strength
[27:09] training, stretching. We do Pilates and
[27:11] yoga.
[27:12] >> With so much to gain and inches to lose,
[27:16] it was time to put the hoop to the test.
[27:18] Oh my god. Third grade flashback. Third
[27:20] grade flashback.
[27:21] >> Okay. So, how long do you have to go
[27:23] before you burn off the 8minute mile?
[27:25] >> 10 minutes of pooping. You do it
[27:26] beautiful. So, don't even think about
[27:28] it. You feel like that hoop to bend into
[27:30] it into it. Do it again.
[27:32] >> Before you do that, look better on your
[27:33] thighs. Thighs. You're working
[27:35] everything. Sure. But go for it. One,
[27:37] two, three.
[27:38] >> Try it at home or take a class.
[27:40] >> Come on. Now, reach. 15 minutes into the
[27:43] workout and people are beginning to
[27:45] wonder when are we going to hoop? How
[27:48] long does the hula hoop? Keep going.
[27:50] >> After 30 more minutes of pressing,
[27:52] pulling, contracting, and squatting, the
[27:56] real fun begins.
[27:57] >> Oh yeah, LET'S DO IT.
[28:06] FROM THIS ICON OF the 1950s. A 21st
[28:09] century workout.
[28:12] >> I wish I just could do it every day.
[28:14] It's great.
[28:15] >> It was definitely different. I've never
[28:17] done anything like this. You know, you
[28:18] could do so much with the Hul.
[28:19] >> This is such a different workout using
[28:22] the hoop and it's just so invigorating.
[28:24] I feel great.
