[0:21] whatever you're doing is innovation and
[0:23] creativity this is all a big game at the
[0:24] end of the day and it's so nice when
[0:27] people approach things with sincerity
[0:28] rather than seriousness in every job
[0:30] there is to be done there is an element
[0:32] of fun you find the fun and snap the
[0:34] job's a
[0:37] game Ali has been working on his first
[0:40] book which is titled Feelgood
[0:42] productivity why this book why this
[0:44] title what is feel good productivity
[0:46] mean so Feelgood productivity it's like
[0:49] you know we've all been fed these
[0:50] narratives right of how productivity
[0:52] needs to be painful it feels like
[0:54] pushing a boulder up the hill and oh if
[0:57] if you're struggling to do to push the
[0:58] boulder up the hill then you need more
[0:59] discipline plan or you need more
[1:00] willpower or you need more grit you know
[1:02] you get to the top of the hill the
[1:03] boulder rolls back down and you're
[1:04] having to do that again and again it's
[1:06] almost as if it's inherently got some
[1:07] kind of grindy component to it and so
[1:09] really the book was an exploration or is
[1:11] an exploration of how do you make
[1:12] productivity act
