[0:52] down on Miami Beach. And boy, the beach

[0:54] is about to get hammered again. Same

[0:56] with Kiscane with some really heavy

[0:59] activity. This little batch right here

[1:02] and of course that's going to affect the

[1:03] Grove and also downtown Miami eventually

[1:07] North Miami, Miami Shores, you're really
