[0:00] Most of the AI frustration I see comes
[0:02] from one specific mistake. People tend
[0:05] to choose, let's say ChatGPT or Claude.
[0:08] They use it for a few days or a few
[0:09] weeks using the most basic, vanilla,
[0:12] off-the-shelf setup. And then, it
[0:14] doesn't go too well. They think it's not
[0:16] very useful, and they set it aside and
[0:18] don't come back. The real issue is not
[0:20] the tool. It's the stack underneath it,
[0:23] the environment and the tools that you
[0:25] build around it.
[0:27] You don't just think, "Oh, I want to get
[0:28] a Toyota." and then buy a Toyota. No.
[0:31] You choose the make, then you choose the
[0:33] model, then you choose the trim. There's
[0:36] so many small decisions to get to the
[0:38] exact configuration of car that fits
[0:41] your needs.
[0:42] The same applies to AI. Here's what you
[0:45] need to consider when choosing your AI
[0:48] stack. It's not just picking an LLM.
[0:51] There are three other choices to make.
[0:53] Here's the first decision you'll need to
[0:55] make. Which AI is better? Claude,
[0:59] Gemini, or ChatGPT?
[1:00] These tools weren't just built
[1:02] differently. They were designed for
[1:03] completely different kinds of people,
[1:05] different markets. OpenAI is very
[1:08] clearly pursuing the classic consumer
[1:11] playbook. Make it feel magical. Make it
[1:14] sticky so you can't turn away. Have zero
[1:17] setup so you can get started just like
[1:19] that. Make memory automatic so it's not
[1:21] so
