[0:03] Panama City Beach Vic mikalucci with
[0:05] photojournalist Joe Owens behind the
[0:08] camera the eye wall potentially the
[0:10] worst of this storm hurricane Michael
[0:12] coming through right now is a very
[0:14] strong category four storm very close to
[0:17] a category five we are looking right now
[0:20] at wind gusts a well over 145 miles an
[0:25] hour we're looking at a
[0:27] something that I have never seen I've
[0:29] been chasing storms for 10 years and
[0:32] this is the most powerful
[0:36] credible
[0:39] storm that I have ever personally
[0:42] experienced and I spoke with
[0:43] photojournalist Joe Owens he's been in
[0:46] some before too
[0:48] he's never seen anything like this we
[0:51] are on the third floor in a big concrete
[0:55] stairwell in a parking garage
[0:57] about 300 yards from the beach the Gulf
[1:01] of Mexico where there are huge waves
[1:04] where there is storm surge expected to
[1:06] be 13 feet and things have just gotten
[1:10] unbearable in the past 15 minutes we do
[1:14] have a truck we were walking around
[1:15] earlier
[1:17] these bands came through but what we're
[1:20] looking at now and what we are feeling
[1:22] now
[1:24] could potentially be the strongest storm
[1:26] that has ever ever come through the
[1:30] Florida Panhandle that's after talking
[1:32] with so many experts
[1:34] I I mean
[1:37] I don't even know what to say because I
[1:40] have covered Hurricane Matthew per mean
[1:42] Irma Maria in Puerto Rico Harvey in
[1:46] Houston
[1:47] and I have never seen winds like this
[1:50] this is absolutely mind-blowing
[1:54] it is absolutely frightening
[1:57] anybody that is not in a safe place
[2:01] surrounded by thick concrete out here in
[2:04] Panama City Beach their liv
