[0:00] this was a very strange year in many

[0:03] ways on the one hand we reached a huge

[0:05] business Milestone 10 million in

[0:08] lifetime revenue and at the same time

[0:09] the very same year was the worst year

[0:12] we've had in now 11 years of the

[0:14] existence of my business so I sat down

[0:16] over the last couple weeks spent a few

[0:18] hours journaling and meditating and

[0:20] reflecting to try to really identify the

[0:22] most important Lessons Learned From

[0:25] 2024 the first lesson that I took away

[0:27] from this year whenever a negative event

[0:29] happen happens in the external world

[0:31] it's only if it changes my relationship

[0:34] with myself or it breaks my connection

[0:36] with myself that it causes me pain so

[0:38] let's say for example as actually

[0:40] happened the business lost money this

[0:42] year that fact in itself it's just a

[0:45] data point it's just something that

[0:47] happened it doesn't inherently mean

[0:49] anything the moment it becomes painful

[0:51] the moment it causes suffering is if I

[0:54] use that event if I interpret that event

[0:56] to judge myself or to condemn myself or

[1:00] to doubt myself or to lose faith in

[1:02] myself and so I think this past year I

[1:04] did do a little bit of self judgment a

[1:06] little bit of self- condemnation and I'm

[1:08] taking this moment at the end of the

[1:09] year and the beginning of the next one

[1:11] to just remind myself that the entire

[1:14] reason I'm an entrepreneur is to learn

[1:18] to understand myself to accept myself to

[1:20] love myself it's really a journey of

[1:22] personal growth and personal development

[1:24] things can happen in the external world

[1:26] and it doesn't really have anything to

[1:28] do with me
