[0:10] warning from President Bush to big

[0:11] business. He says the era of false

[0:14] prophets is over. At a White House

[0:16] ceremony, the president signed the

[0:17] corporate fraud bill. It has bipartisan

[0:20] support. Mr. Bush says he'll use the law

[0:22] to keep corporate fraud from undermining

[0:24] the nation's economy.

[0:26] We will act against those who have

[0:28] shaken confidence in our markets

[0:32] using the full authority of government

[0:35] to expose corruption,

[0:37] punish wrongdoers, and defend the rights

[0:40] and interests of American workers and

[0:43] investors.

[0:44] >> That new bill will allow for criminal

[0:46] penalties, including jail time for

[0:48] corporate crimes. Well, you can't say

[0:50] they didn't earn it. The owner of the

[0:52] Pennsylvania company that operates the

[0:53] mine where those nine men were trapped

[0:55] said all of them will be paid for their

[0:57] time underground. Although no specific

[0:59] amount was named, the company's owner

[1:01] says they will receive medical and

[1:02] workers compensation benefits. The nine

[1:05] men were rescued Sunday after spending

[1:07] 77 hours underground.

[1:10] Funeral services taking place today for

[1:12] little Casey Williamson outside of St.

[1:14] Louis. The six-year-old girl was

[1:16] abducted and killed Friday. An ex-con

[1:18] and drifter Johnny Johnson is now

[1:20] charged with kidnapping, attempted rape,

[1:23] and murder. That's our update. We're

[1:25] back with more news for you coming up at

[1:27] the bottom of the hour. I'm Kieran

[1:29] Cetri. The O'Reilly Factor is coming
