[0:42] government's Katrina response. Democrats
[0:45] still demanding an independent
[0:47] investigation and paying the price for
[0:50] hurricane recovery. New arguments this
[0:52] hour over post Katrina budget cuts and
[0:55] spending priorities with the US
[0:57] preparing to go billions of dollars
