[0:20] good morning again this is CNN Saturday
[0:22] morning I'm bral fry live in Oklahoma
[0:24] City and as we begin this hour we'd like
[0:27] to welcome our worldwide audience with
[0:29] CN and international as you can see the
[0:32] weather here continues to deteriorate
[0:35] and this has caused probably the the
[0:37] worst problem that The Rescuers could
[0:39] imagine in trying to find victims
[0:42] perhaps hopefully find some survivors in
[0:45] the federal building that was bombed on
[0:46] Wednesday morning uh the operation has
[0:49] had to be halted because of the wind and
[0:52] the Heavy Rain they are sending
[0:54] Engineers into the building now there
[0:56] they have discovered cracks in the side
[0:58] of the building uh there has been water
[1:00] seepage all of these have created
[1:02] problems uh for the rescue workers so
[1:04] they are momentarily on hold the other
[1:07] element that makes it so difficult is
[1:09] for the rescue workers themselves who
[1:10] now have to wait they realize there is a
[1:12] 72h hour period that is very very
[1:15] critical we are approaching that period
[1:17] when you get Beyond 72 hours the chances
[1:20] of finding any of the victims still
[1:22] alive uh lessens considerably so the
[1:24] rescue workers want very badly to get
[1:26] back inside and try to hopefully find
[1:30] some Survivor we're going to be talking
[1:32] to a number of people during this next
[1:34] hour actually 2 hours left on CNN
[1:35] Saturday morning uh and we will continue
[1:38] with more of that in just a moment right
[1:39] now we want to go back to Atlanta Joey
[1:42] Chen is out today here's Natalie alen R
[1:46] thanks and we can tell from the picture
[1:47] there that a steady rain is no
