[0:04] A race against the flames.

[0:07] >> Go, go, go, go, go, go.

[0:09] >> Wildfires turn deadly in the Great Smoky

[0:11] Mountains. Thousands run. Hotels and

[0:14] homes burn.

[0:15] >> This is a fire for the history books.

[0:19] >> Also tonight,

[0:22] a soccer team's Cinderella story ends in

[0:25] tragedy. Dozens were killed when their

[0:27] jet went down, but there were survivors.

[0:32] Donald Trump makes more cabinet picks,

[0:34] including the man who intends to blow up

[0:36] Obamacare.

[0:39] And why would they put a mop bucket in a

[1:14] resort was destroyed. The Dollywood

[1:16] theme park, named for Dolly Parton, was

[1:19] spared. DeMarco Morgan is in Tennessee.

[1:23] >> Hit the gas. Hit the gas.

[1:25] >> You're watching cell phone video taken

[1:27] by two brothers as they escaped from a

[1:29] vacation resort area in the mountains of

[1:31] Gatlinburg, Tennessee. They say they had

[1:34] no warning as the wall of flames

[1:36] surrounded them last night, and their

[1:38] only choice was to ride through it or

[1:40] die.

[1:41] >> Please, Lord, let us get off this

[1:43] mountain.

[1:43] >> By early evening, wind speeds suddenly

[1:45] doubled, turning into hurricane-force

[1:47] winds that topped 87
