[0:00] ways. You can notice not much in the way
[0:01] of cloud cover and no rain forecast
[0:03] across the Northwest tomorrow. I'm Rob
[0:05] Barciano. You're up to date weatherwise
[0:07] on the hour only on the power of two.

[0:17] On World News Tonight this Tuesday,
[0:18] Serve forces cross the border into
[0:20] Albania. A small incursion, but big
[0:24] questions. Dr. Jack Kavorian gets 10 to
[0:27] 25 years in prison and a scathing
[0:30] lecture from the judge. And our tax
[0:32] series, Breaks and Burdens tonight,
[0:35] picking on the poor.
[0:43] From ABC News World Headquarters in New
[0:46] York, this is World News Tonight with
[0:50] Peter Jennings. Good evening. There have
[0:51] been three developments in the Kosovo
[0:53] crisis today which may turn out to be
[0:55] even more meaningful than they appear
[0:56] today. First, the president won support
[0:58] from some of his critics in Congress by
[1:01] saying he would not take the option of
[1:03] ground troops off the table. NATO's
[1:05] military commander said today he wants
[1:07] 300 more American aircraft for the air
[1:09] campaign.
[1:11] And for the first time since the NATO
[1:12] attacks began, the Serbs mounted a
[1:15] ground operation outside the borders of
[1:17] Kosovo. In each of these actions, there
[1:20] are messages for one party or another.
[1:22] We're going to start with the Serbs.
[1:24] Today, Serb forces crossed into Albania.
[1:26] They fought with regular Albanian
[1:28] troops. They occupied the village of
[1:30] Kamanita very briefly and then they pull
[1:33] back. The implication in this may be
[1:36] that a wider war is possible. Our first
[1:38] report is from Albania and ABC's Dean
[1:41] Reynolds. There have been clashes along
[1:44] this border
