[0:50] hotter Secretary of State Powell said in

[0:54] States expects China to return the US
[0:57] reconnaissance plane that collided with
[0:59] the Chinese spider jet but Chinese
[1:02] officials said they're still examining
[1:03] the plane and haven't decided what to do
[1:06] with it and they insisted China is the
[1:09] victim the us today blamed the Collision
