[0:27] This is World News Tonight Sunday.
[0:31] >> Good evening. I'm [music] Carol Simpson.
[0:33] A widescale investigation is underway
[0:36] into the massive nuclear disaster which

[1:32] buckets to transfer uranium instead of
[1:34] machinery. And there are reports the
[1:36] workers never received proper training.
[1:38] It also became clear today the company
[1:41] had no contingency plan for dealing with
[1:43] such an accident. And perhaps more
[1:45] alarming, the Japanese government didn't
[1:47] even
