[0:35] the backs of the middle class and and we
[0:38] are the ones that are going to pay.

[1:06] >> As indicated, two [music] subjects
[1:08] tonight. One, the realization of a
[1:10] conservative dream. The first major step
[1:13] down a road that will make it illegal
[1:15] for the federal government to spend more
[1:17] than it takes in. The House tonight
[1:20] passed a balanced budget amendment and
[1:23] it did so with a flourish. We'll have a
[1:25] full report on who pays the price a
[1:27] little later in this program. We begin
[1:30] though with the sequence of events that
[1:32] brought about a brief delay in the OJ
[1:34] Simpson trial. As you may recall, we
[1:37] told you last night how angry the
[1:39] prosecution team was at the failure of
[1:41] the defense to comply with California
[1:43] law and provide the names of all the
[1:46] witnesses they intended to call. One
[1:49] member of the prosecution team, Deputy
[1:51] District Attorney William Hudgman,
[1:53] became so upset that he was hospitalized
[1:55] last night after
