[0:00] We put a huge premium on how fast you
[0:03] can go from idea to in people's hands.
[0:05] We get really excited when we get like
[0:07] our first 10,000 weekly active users or
[0:09] daily active users. And a lot of Google
[0:12] teams, we joke it's like dashboards may
[0:14] not count that low. It's going to make
[0:16] like this 20 30 slide deck that's kind
[0:19] of an overview of this entire set of 70
[0:21] sources. You can have a whole team's
[0:23] knowledge base with one button turned
[0:26] into one of these like video overview
[0:27] talking slide explainers. You also want
[0:30] to go out and just be with people
[0:32] because often when you build something
[0:34] really amazing, you see it in people's
[0:36] eyes when they use it. People who like
[0:38] to tinker, people who like to build,
[0:40] they express themselves through
[0:41] prototypes, not docs. You mentioned like
[0:43] you have to hire the right people. So
[0:44] like what kind of people do you look
[0:45] for?
[0:48] All right. Hey everyone, I'm really
[0:49] excited for today's guest, Josh, uh VP
[0:52] at Google Labs and also Gemini app. Uh
[0:54] Josh is widely loved inside Google, I
[0:56] think. So I'm really excited to get him
[0:58] to demo a bunch of new Gemini features,
[1:00] notebook LM and even flow and also talk
[1:03] about how he's kind of built this
[1:04] shipping culture inside Google. All
[1:06] right, so welcome Josh.
[1:08] >> Awesome. Thanks for having me. Great to
[1:09] see you.
[1:10] >> Yeah, I'm like super impressed by uh you
[1:12] and the team, man. So why don't we just
[1:14] start by doing some live demos for fun,
[1:16] you know? Let's let's show all the cool
[1:17] stuff that you guys are working on.
[1:18] >> All right, sounds good. Let me
