[1:28] Matt Bunn wrote a secret report for
[1:30] President Clinton on the continuing
[1:32] threat of the plutonium in the secret
[1:34] city of Krasnoyarsk-26.
[1:36] >> Why build this inside a mountain? This
[1:38] deep catacomb, Wizard of Oz city within
[1:42] a city deep in a mountain.
[1:45] >> Krasnoyarsk-26 in a way crystallizes
[1:49] the highest degree of the insanity of
[1:51] the Cold War. It's built inside a
[1:53] mountain
