[0:41] In other trial news, jurors deliberating
[0:43] the second Menendez murder trial have
[0:44] adjourned for the weekend. Brothers Eric
[0:46] and La Mendez are accused of the 1989
[0:49] shotgun slayings of their wealthy
[0:51] parents. Separate juries assigned to
[0:53] each brother deadlocked in 1994. A
[0:56] single jury was chosen for their second
[0:58] trial and they got the case yesterday
[1:00] afternoon. Prosecutors contend greed
[1:03] motivated the killings. Defense lawyers,
[1:05] however, contend the brothers were
[1:07] sexually and emotionally abused. Jury
[1:09] deliberations resume on Monday.
[1:12] Jurors are hearing Dr. Jack Kavorian
[1:14] testify in his own defense. Charged with
[1:17] helping two people kill themselves in
[1:18] 1995, the retired pathologist will
[1:21] continue his testimony on Monday. We get
