[0:50] Presence simply is

[0:55] and if you recognize that here now

[0:59] then you can let go of the idea of

[1:00] presence.

[1:02] Totally.

[1:03] You can let go of the idea of

[1:05] spirituality.

[1:07] Totally.

[1:08] You can let go of the idea of

[1:10] getting somewhere.

[1:13] Or let let go of the idea of getting

[1:15] away from something or let go of the

[1:17] idea of

[1:21] releasing yourself from something.

[1:25] If you let go of these ideas now

[1:30] then all that's left is what is.

[1:33] All that remains is what is.

[1:38] And even what is

[1:41] can be let go of. It's not a concept.

[1:45] Just what is.

[1:49] Just what is.

[1:58] What if we give no qualifications

[2:03] to what is?

[2:07] And your experience is meets you fully

[2:11] until there's no need for a thought of

[2:12] experience

[2:14] or a thought

[2:15] of an experiencer.

[2:23] The mind wants to land on a concept.

[2:27] Like God

[2:29] or source

[2:32] or emptiness

[2:35] or void

[2:39] presence

[2:41] being

[2:44] The mind likes to land somewhere.

[2:47] And just notice that tendency

[2:50] is here.

[2:53] And it doesn't have to land anywhere.

[2:57] In fact, there's really nowhere to land

[3:01] because there's just what is.

[3:05] It's not apart from something that it

[3:07] can land on or in.

[3:11] There is not a partness.

[3:16] There's not one agent acting on

[3:19] a world.

[3:21] These are all concepts.

[3:26] There are mundane concepts

[3:29] spiritual concepts.

[3:33] They're all kinds of concepts.

[3:39] But if we recognize the tendency to land

[3:41] on a concept

[3:43] can just be here.

[3:45] It's a kind of a tendency. It's a

[3:46] feeling or a

[3:49] kind of urge maybe.

[3:53] That it it can be here. It's not a

[3:54] problem.

[3:58] Doesn't need to be eradicated.

[4:02] Then what is

[4:04] which is not subject to a thought.

[4:07] It's not subject to an urge

[4:09] or an intention.

[4:11] Just is.

[4:13] It can naturally reveal itself

[4:15] here and now.

[4:19] And when it's revealed, it's seen that

[4:21] it was never hidden.

[4:23] Can't be hidden.

[4:26] And all of a sudden, everything opens up

[4:27] to itself.

[4:30] A sort of totality just opens up

[4:32] knowing only itself.

[4:35] But not knowing itself in some

[4:37] self-conscious way.

[4:39] Not in a conceptual way.

[4:44] Knowing itself through pure clarity.

[4:49] Through ease.

[4:52] Through no need to be anything specific

[4:55] or land anywhere.

[4:59] Just is.

[5:07] This is available always.

[5:12] The pathless path, if you want to call

[5:13] it something.

[5:16] But it's no path because it's not going

[5:17] anywhere.

[5:21] But to say it's not a path at all

[5:25] maybe misses something because the path

[5:27] is the path out of thoughts.

[5:30] Into presence. Into this. Into

[5:33] thisness.

[5:35] So in some sense that sense of that that

[5:39] perfume of a spiritual path

[5:42] of a spiritual

[5:44] um

[5:46] process or possibility

[5:50] resonates here.

[5:52] But you're not going anywhere.

[5:55] It's not a path from present to future

[5:58] because that's all concepts.

[6:01] It's simply an opening to what is always

[6:04] open, always wide open, always clear,

[6:07] always at at ease, always at rest.

[6:11] At rest in the sense that it doesn't

[6:13] struggle.

[6:15] Nothing pushing against anything.

[6:20] It's purity in the sense that no thought

[6:22] can disturb it or disrupt it or taint

[6:25] it.

[6:27] But again, these can easily become

[6:29] concepts. So it's just what is.

[6:33] Just what is.

[6:37] It's your birthright.
