[0:07] New information on the tragedy in
[0:09] Littleton. It could have been even
[0:11] deadlier. Still, more bombs were found
[0:14] at Coline High today. Investigators say
[0:17] the heavily armed students were out to
[0:19] blow up the school and probably had
[0:21] help.
[0:26] This is the CBS Evening
[0:28] News with Dan Rather reporting tonight
[0:31] from Littleton,
[0:34] Colorado. Good evening from this Denver
[0:36] suburb under a Paul of grief and now
[0:39] snow. New facts are coming to light
[0:42] tonight about the massacre back there
[0:44] beyond that stand of trees in Coline
[0:47] High School. Here's some of the latest.
[0:49] This is the first look at the school in
[0:51] these newly released pictures. the first
[0:53] since the shooting two days ago that
[0:55] killed 15 people, including the two
[0:58] alleged attackers. These pictures are
[1:01] thought-provoking rows of bikes and
[1:03] yellow crime scene ribbons and a
[1:05] poignant high school sign still there
[1:08] wishing the band good luck. Search teams
[1:11] discovered four more explosive devices
[1:13] at the school today, two attached to the
[1:16] kitchen's big propane gas tanks.
[1:18] Investigators say there is growing
[1:20] suspicion that others may indeed have
[1:22] been involved with the two known
[1:24] shooters. CBS's Bill Whitaker begins our
[1:27] coverage of the aftermath at Littleton.

[1:33] the crime scene investigation was
[1:35] speeding up. But this afternoon, two
[1:38] more bombs were discovered in the
[1:39] basement. Now the bomb squad is back in
[1:42] and the investigation is on hold.
