[0:00] I have been waiting for this day for a
[0:02] long time. Finally, after years of
[0:05] waiting, we can apply the magic of
[0:08] artificial intelligence to one of the
[0:11] curses, the long-standing problems and
[0:14] challenges of knowledge work and really
[0:16] just modern life, email. Let's talk
[0:19] about what it looks like to use AI with
[0:22] your email. Specifically, I'm talking
[0:25] about the email app known as Superhuman.
[0:28] Superhuman is really for people that are
[0:30] email-intensive, that send and receive
[0:33] very large quantities of email. They've
[0:36] found dozens, if not hundreds, of small
[0:39] and large improvements to really make
[0:41] the email experience faster, more
[0:44] efficient, more intuitive, more
[0:46] enjoyable, even. In this video, I'm
[0:48] going to show you how Superhuman is
[0:50] using AI to make the email answering
[0:52] experience even more efficient, even
[0:55] more fluid, and something that takes
[0:57] even less of your time every day.

[1:06] the caveat that we really need to figure
[1:08] out our own process. I have my own
[1:10] process, which I call one touch to inbox
[1:13] zero. I've written about it, I've made a
[1:15] video about it, you can check those out.
[1:16] How incredible it is that we can sit in
[1:19] front of a screen, effortlessly
[1:21] communicate with dozens, hundreds,
[1:23] thousands of people all across the
[1:25] world, all 100% for free. It's such a
[1:28] good solution that it becomes a problem
[1:31] within itself. Email requires very
[1:34] dramatic context shifts. A context shift
[1:38] is when you're having one conversation
[1:40] with a lot of context, details, and then
[1:43] suddenly, you have to shi
