[0:00] I kind of joke like I haven't met a
[0:01] process in a business that I can't teach
[0:03] to AI. Like I I literally have not met
[0:05] something I can't do that. That's Rachel
[0:07] Woods and she's about to blow your mind
[0:09] about what's possible with AI in
[0:11] business. One of the most common
[0:12] pitfalls is people will have that
[0:14] implement role also be the AI operator
[0:17] role. But most likely your
[0:20] implementation person is going to be so
[0:24] in the technical weeds and details that
[0:27] they might miss out on the process.
[0:29] She's discovered that the most valuable
[0:31] role in AI transformation is not what
[0:34] you think. Again, if you're
[0:35] processoriented,
[0:36] like project manager type likes AI, this
[0:39] is like your moment to shine cuz this is
[0:42] such a needed skill.
[0:44] [Music]
[0:48] Hey everyone. I'm here today with Rachel
[0:51] Woods, who I consider one of the
[0:54] absolute leading experts on what I think
[0:57] is going to be an incredibly important
[0:59] field of AI, which is AI ops, AI
[1:03] operations.
[1:05] Welcome to the channel. Thank you.
[1:06] Thanks so much for having me. Yes. So,
[1:08] we've spent now a few days together um
[1:11] at an entrepreneurial retreat and
[1:13] mastermind and there's so many
[1:16] fascinating I mean I have just a list
[1:18] here of frameworks and concepts and
[1:21] stories and projects you're working on.
[1:23] First start with a bit about your
[1:25] background and how you came to AI ops.
[1:28] Zooming back a bit in my career. I
[1:30] started in AI almost a decade ago. Um,
[1:33] and was lucky to be exposed to this
[1:35] flavor of AI that's kind of underlying
[1:38] behind ChatgBT.
[1:40] Um, and my mind was blown then. And so
[1:43] I've kind of stayed
