[0:04] >> This is CNN.
[0:10] >> An assessment of Iraq's nuclear program
[0:13] prompts skepticism.
[0:16] And Americans rush to help hurricane
[0:18] victims in Florida and Louisiana.
[0:26] >> This is CNN's Prime News with Bernard
[0:29] Shaw in Washington and Natalie Allen
[0:31] sitting in for Susan Rook at the CNN
[0:33] Center in Atlanta.
[0:41] >> Thanks for joining us. The United States
[0:42] and United Nations officials were caught
[0:44] by surprise today when a UN inspector
[0:47] inside Iraq told reporters he thinks
[0:50] Iraq's nuclear weapons program has been

[1:24] world knew of Iraq's nuclear program has
[1:27] been eliminated but cannot rule out the
[1:29] possibility that Saddam Hussein is still
[1:32] hiding key nuclear components. But the
[1:34] inspector inside Iraq seems sure saying
[1:37] there is no strong evidence that
[1:39] anything very very important is being
[1:41] kept. The United States, caught off
[1:44] guard, is openly skeptical.
[1:46] >> Given their their history and their
[1:48] pattern, I think it
[1:50] behooves us to be very cautious and very
[1:53] suspicious
[1:55] Um, before we accept the proposition
[1:58] that
