[0:06] You couldn't even access it. The roads
[0:08] had just gone completely underwater. Uh
[0:11] that is the port that has to be open in
[0:13] order for uh for oil production to get
[0:16] back into gear. Let's take a look at the
[0:18] closing market. Uh the closing market
[0:19] numbers right now. The Dow on the left
[0:21] of your screen up 69 points. That's
[0:22] because oil prices have come down.
[0:24] 10,482
[0:26] is the number right now. NASDAQ is up
[0:28] even higher, 21 points, 2,151.

[0:57] information from the hurricane disaster
[0:59] zone, they're coming in all at once.
[1:02] We're watching several stories. It's 300
[1:05] p.m. Central time in New Orleans where
[1:07] tensions have been rising along with the
[1:09] floodwaters. It's now a frantic race
[1:12] against time to evacuate literally tens
[1:15] of thousands of people, maybe hundreds
[1:17] of thousands of people, and they're
[1:19] desperately trying to plug leaking
[1:21] levies. The terrible toll in Mississippi
[1:24] underway as well. We're getting a
[1:26] clearer picture right now of the death
[1:27] and despair in that state. We expect a
[1:30] live upda
