[0:32] right now on Entertainment Tonight and

[0:34] the Insider,

[0:35] >> was David Hasselhoff barred from flying

[0:38] for being drunk? The star tells ET his

[0:41] side of the story.

[0:42] >> Is it too much to drink?

[0:44] >> The new video being carded by officials.

[0:47] Pamela Anderson wedding news. How many

[0:50] times will she walk down the aisle?

[0:52] >> A few times.

[0:54] and Nick Lache with our Vanessa Manilo

[0:57] addressing those tabloid rumors.

[0:59] >> You're everywhere.

[1:01] >> I'm everywhere.

[1:03] >> Hollywood reacts to Lance Bass revealing

[1:05] that he's gay.

[1:06] >> The new details behind the headline.

[1:09] That's how he feels comfortable, then

[1:10] that's good.

[1:12] >> Then on the insider, which big star

[1:14] opens up to us about his gay secret he

[1:16] kept hidden for years. Plus, a Hollywood

[1:19] actress completely bald.

[1:21] >> There's so many women feeling what I'm

[1:23] feeling.

[1:24] Then an ET movie event.

[1:27] >> Get your hands off me.

[1:28] >> Leo, Matt, Jack.

[1:29] >> Do you want to chop me up and feed me

[1:31] the poor?

[1:32] >> Your first look at the departed.

[1:34] Celebrity fit club is back. The sweat,

[1:37] the tears, the drama.

[1:39] >> In this industry, a size eight is

[1:42] borderline obese.

[1:44] >> Star moms fight to shed the baby weight

[1:46] and open up about Hollywood's pressure

[1:47] to be thin.

[1:48] >> The worst thing I've ever done is

[1:50] definitely laxative abuse. And inside a

[1:53] celebrity summer wedding

[1:54] >> with this one.

[1:55] >> Chuck Woolery makes a love connection

[1:57] with wife number four.

[1:59] >> Seal that with a kiss.

[2:04] >> Your hour of entertainment news with ETN

[2:06] the insider begins right now. David

[2:09] Hasselhoff off an airplane. Was he unfit

[2:12] to fly? Hi everybody, I'm Mark Steinus.

[2:14] >> It's the buzz behind the big story of

[2:16] the day. Hi everybody. For Mary Hart,

[2:18] I'm Jan Carl. Another Hollywood

[2:21] celebrity, a new airline incident.

[2:23] Reports claim the Baywatch star was

[2:25] barred from boarding a jet. Well, now we

[2:27] have his side of the story.

[2:30] The former Baywatch star is fighting

[2:32] back after a London paper reported he

[2:34] was barred from a British Airlines

[2:36] flight from London for being drunk. In

[2:38] this video, he is seen waving to

[2:40] bystanders aboard a golf cart. On his

[2:42] arm is a cast protecting the cut he

[2:44] suffered in a shaving accident last

[2:46] month. Hours after when he landed in Los

[2:48] Angeles on a later flight, David denied

[2:51] the tabloid story.

[2:52] >> Is it true you couldn't get on your

[2:54] first flight cuz you'd had too much to

[2:56] drink?

[2:56] >> Who said that?

[2:57] >> So, it's not true.

[2:59] >> No, it's not.

[3:00] >> Today, his publicist tells ET he did not

[3:03] take the first flight because he felt

[3:04] ill after taking antibiotics prescribed

[3:06] by a doctor for his injury. She says,

[3:08] quote, "Mr. Hasselhoff became ill at

[3:11] Heathrow airport and he requested to be

[3:13] put on a later flight." Ironically, also

[3:15] yesterday, his nasty divorce from wife

[3:17] Pamela Bach was declared final.

[3:21] Mon'nique first told ET of her story of

[3:23] being thrown off a United Airlines

[3:25] flight in Chicago. Last night, the

[3:27] actress appeared on Showbiz Tonight on

[3:29] CNN Headline News. Today, United tells

[3:32] ET they have called the angry star and

[3:34] look forward to hearing from her.

[3:38] Wearing a large fake diamond at top a

[3:39] bridal veil, Pamela Anderson announced

[3:41] at the Las Vegas press conference that

[3:43] she was having the first of her multiple

[3:45] weddings to Kid Rock this weekend in

[3:47] Sanrope, France.

[3:48] >> I think I'm going to get married a few

[3:49] times this month to the same.

[3:52] >> The rocker is already in France

[3:54] preparing for the nuptils.

[3:56] >> ET is 24/7 with the stars and Kevin

[3:59] Frasier has what people were talking

[4:01] about last night.

[4:02] >> Oh, you're everywhere.

[4:05] >> I am everywhere. Nichollet joined our

[4:07] Vanessa Manilo on MTV's TRL yesterday

[4:09] where they thrilled fans far below the

[4:11] Times Square studio and premiered Nick's

[4:13] new video, I can't hate you anymore.

[4:19] >> Nick joked with Vanessa's co-host Damian

[4:21] about constantly seeing himself in the

[4:23] tabloids.

[4:24] >> Just uh just catching up on my reading

[4:25] here.

[4:27] >> Is that true? Ah, nah.

[4:31] >> And a Tom and Katie baby update. Family

[4:33] friend Jenna Elfman told ET Canada's

[4:35] Rosie Anna that Suri is super.

[4:38] >> She's beautiful and they're doing

[4:39] really, really well and

[4:42] it's awesome.

[4:44] >> Scarlett Johansson evoked classic

[4:45] Hollywood in a white dress last night at

[4:47] the New York premiere of Scoop. Her new

[4:49] comedy with Woody Allen and Hugh Jackman

[4:51] opening tomorrow.

[4:52] >> Hugh is just absolutely delicious. I

[4:55] don't have enough nice things to say

[4:56] about him. and he's like an amazing dad

[4:59] and loving husband and he sings and

[5:02] dances and he's charming and he's like

[5:05] what's not to love you know.

[5:07] >> Scarlet reacted to in syncs Lance Bass

[5:10] coming out as gay.

[5:11] >> It's his personal decision. I don't

[5:13] think that it's necessary to announce

[5:15] things but if that's you know that's how

[5:17] he feels comfortable then that's good.

[5:19] I'm glad for him.

[5:21] >> He's a sweetheart. Now, a movie

[5:23] exclusive sent to ET from director

[5:25] Martin Scorsesi, Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt

[5:28] Damon, and Jack Nicholson in the crime

[5:31] drama The Departed.

[5:34] When I was your age, they would say we

[5:36] could become cops or criminals. What I'm

[5:40] saying is this.

[5:42] When you're facing a loaded gun,

[5:47] what's the difference?

[5:49] >> Jack plays a crime boss targeted by the

[5:51] police.

[5:53] Mrs. Estate, please.

[5:54] >> We are an elite unit.

[5:55] >> This is who we're after.

[5:57] >> Frank Costello.

[5:58] >> Leo's the undercover cop trying to bring

[6:00] him down.

[6:01] >> You won't be paid as a regular cop, but

[6:03] there's a bonus involved.

[6:05] >> So, what do I do?

[6:09] >> You will not ever know the identity of

[6:11] undercover people.

[6:12] >> You have anyone in with Costello

[6:13] presently?

[6:14] >> Maybe.

[6:14] >> Do you know who I am?

[6:16] >> Maybe not.

[6:17] >> I'm going to have my associate search

[6:19] you.

[6:21] That was quick. Think he's dead already?

[6:23] >> Leo gets in deep with the mob. Get your

[6:25] hands off me.

[6:26] >> I think we could work something out.

[6:29] >> We are all convinced the cost has at

[6:30] least one mole inside the special

[6:32] investigations unit.

[6:33] >> Matt plays that mole.

[6:35] >> There are parts of my job I can't talk

[6:37] to you about.

[6:38] >> Man, you are trouble. You don't know the

[6:40] half of it.

[6:43] >> You better get organized quick.

[6:45] >> Hey, last time I checked, I tipped you

[6:46] off and you're not in jail. Matt and Leo

[6:49] struggle with their double lives.

[6:51] >> Getting the feeling we got a cop in my

[6:53] crew.

[6:54] >> Soon a lady's going to find out who I am

[6:56] and he's going to kill me.

[6:59] >> I can get the rat. You just got to let

[7:00] me do it my way.

[7:02] >> If you don't, it won't be me who pays

[7:04] for it.

[7:10] >> There is no pain you are receiving.

[7:14] >> There is a leak from the inside. It's

[7:16] real, man. Smoking out

[7:18] >> the

[7:19] smoke on the horizon.

[7:25] You are only coming through.

[7:29] >> You're lying to me.

[7:30] >> There are things you don't want to know

[7:31] about.

[7:35] >> What are you waiting for? Honestly, I

[7:36] mean, you wanted to chop me up and feed

[7:37] me to the poor. Is that what you guys

[7:39] want? Look for The Departed to arrive in

[7:41] theaters on October 6th.

[7:45] comfortably now.

[7:52] >> How's your brother?

[7:53] >> She's on her way out.

[7:55] >> You all are. Act accordingly.

[7:58] >> Wow. Looks good. And what a cast. And ET

[8:01] has learned that Damon's Oceans buddy,

[8:03] Brad Pitt, has signed on to star in a

[8:05] drama, The Curious Case of Benjamin But

[8:07] now for Jennifer Love Huitt news. She

[8:10] has teamed up with her party of five

[8:11] buddy Lacy Shabar for Ghost Whisper. And

[8:14] we are first on the set action.

[8:17] >> It's a new year of CBS's spooky hit

[8:19] drama. And in season 2, Lacy guest stars

[8:22] as a girl who is supposed to look

[8:24] exactly like Jennifer.

[8:25] >> So, how does this work?

[8:27] >> It's perfect casting since Jennifer told

[8:29] us fans sometimes confuse her with Lacy.

[8:32] >> People will come up to me and they'll be

[8:34] like, "Oh my god, we loved you as

[8:37] Claudia on Party of Five." And I was

[8:39] like, I was the other one.

[8:41] >> And Lacy admitted that it sometimes

[8:43] happens to her as well.

[8:45] >> People stop me on a weekly basis and go,

[8:47] "Oh, I love the show." Like, thanks. I'm

[8:50] enjoying doing it. I'm not on a show

[8:52] right now.

[8:53] >> Apparently, Jennifer also got a bit

[8:55] confused. Check out how she treated Lacy

[8:57] on the set.

[8:58] >> If you need any hair, makeup touches,

[9:00] you're fine. We're just going to go.

[9:01] >> She has to get her teeth in between

[9:02] shots, so I'll I'll get that. I'll be

[9:04] right back. Of course, Jennifer and Lacy

[9:07] both acted on Party of Five, and we

[9:09] surprised the former co-stars with some

[9:11] archival footage of them together on

[9:12] that show.

[9:13] >> Oh no.

[9:14] >> Oh my god.

[9:18] >> Look how little you were. Look how

[9:20] little you are.

[9:21] >> Look how fat I was in the sad.

[9:24] >> We have baby faces.

[9:25] >> Oh, can you save puberty?

[9:28] >> So, apart from an older Lacy Shabar,

[9:30] what else could we expect from Ghost

[9:31] Whisperer this fall? We're going to

[9:33] throw them some more curve balls when we

[9:36] come back. Sort of right off the bat.

[9:38] >> Now, in last season's cliffhanger, Aisha

[9:40] Tyler was killed off. But we've learned

[9:42] that producers are hinting you may not

[9:44] have seen the last of her. Coming up,

[9:46] from a Family Tie star to a Baywatch

[9:49] beauty.

[9:49] >> Right before I gave birth, for my

[9:51] height, I was 203 lbs.

[9:52] >> Look who's stepping on the fit club

[9:54] scale now. Then, Rosie did it. So did

[9:58] Ellen. The stars who came out of the

[10:00] closet.

[10:00] >> I mean, I'm gay, you know. I'm not

[10:02] hurting anybody.

[10:04] >> But first, Kevin James melts his new

[10:06] movie role for all it's worth.

[10:08] >> I'm very method cow.

[10:10] >> And Chuck Woolery walks down the aisle

[10:12] for the fourth time. We're taking you

[10:15] inside next.

[11:23] >> I didn't think I would cry.

[11:25] >> An encore of one of our most talked

[11:26] about stories ever.

[11:30] >> I envision the show looking and feeling

[11:32] like nothing else on TV. More kitchen

[11:35] table talk than like couch talk. Nothing

[11:38] too serious. Fun, but not always funny.

[11:40] I want to laugh in every show. I want to

[11:42] eat something in every show. I can't go

[11:44] an hour without food. We're going to

[11:46] have a great time. We're going to have a

[13:13] The flowers, the wine, the food, the

[13:22] did last year. The theme is moonlight

[13:25] and romance. And Mark's Garden will

[13:28] 30,000 roses.

[13:30] >> Everything's pink this year. Light pink

[13:33] and dark pink and hot pink.

[13:35] >> There will be something sweet from Dove

[13:37] Chocolates, and Grey Goose will make the

[13:38] cocktail they call the Emmy.

[13:40] California's Bolia Vineyards will pour

[13:42] the wine, lots of it.

[13:45] >> 2400 bottles of the Cabernet and then

[13:48] 2400 bottles of the Chardonnay as well.

[13:51] >> And yes, there will be food. The hot LA

[13:53] restaurant Patina will dish up filet of

[13:55] beef with a mushroom tart.

[13:57] >> We're going to be serving about a about

[13:58] 1,000 lbs of of prime beef tenderloin

[14:02] that night.

[14:03] >> But Emmy nominee Kevin James from The

[14:05] King of Queens might be happy with a

[14:07] bail of hay.

[14:08] >> Not bad. Okay.

[14:11] >> That's how Kevin says he prepared for

[14:12] his role as Otis the cow in Barnyard.

[14:16] >> I'm very method cow. I would graze for

[14:18] like hours before I would come in for

[14:20] like a session here and just kind of get

[14:22] used to it.

[14:23] >> It's me.

[14:24] >> The movie opens next Friday.

[14:30] >> Want to hear more about that story? Just

[14:31] go to etonline.com for details on all of

[14:35] our breaking star news. ET has Chuck

[14:41] is wedding number four to a much younger

[14:42] woman, and only we can take you inside

[14:45] the ceremony.

[14:49] The 65-year-old Chuck beamed in his

[14:52] black tux while his bride looked

[15:12] children, youngest son Shawn and Michael

[15:15] were groomsmen as Chuck and Kim said

[15:17] their dues.

[15:19] >> Husband and wife.

[15:21] >> Seal that with a kiss.

[15:24] >> This is Wer's fourth wedding, and he's

[15:26] thrilled, saying, quote, "Some say the

[15:28] third time's the charm, but for me, the

[15:30] fourth has been the most charming."

[15:32] Chuck tied the knot while on a break

[15:33] from Lingo, his game show with co-host,

[15:36] former MissUSA Chandandy Fantasy.

[15:38] >> Time to embrace the Chuckness.

[15:41] >> Yeah, everybody, this is everybody out

[15:44] chuckness. Whatever the heck that means,

[15:46] okay?

[19:58] >> And now our story from stage 28. Lance

[20:01] Bass shocked his fans when he admitted

[20:03] publicly that he escaped. Well, tonight

[20:05] from a Star Trek star to Ellen, we look

[20:07] at the Hollywood celebrities who have

[20:09] bravely put their sexuality under the

[20:12] spotlight.

[20:14] 27-year-old Bass coming out in

[20:16] Tomorrow's People magazine isn't the

[20:18] first star to admit to being gay, but he

[20:20] is one of the younger ones. In grammar

[20:23] school, you know, I started noticing

[20:24] boys, and they were more interesting to

[20:27] me than girls. Last November, then

[20:31] 68-year-old George Teay, famous as Sulu

[20:33] on Star Trek, came out and sat down with

[20:36] Jan Carl to introduce the world to his

[20:38] partner Brad Alman.

[20:39] >> Does it feel scary at all?

[20:41] >> No, not really. Um, well, you know that

[20:44] Star Trek phrase, boldly go where we

[20:46] haven't gone before.

[20:47] >> Beaming support to George is his Star

[20:49] Trek captain, William Shatner, who

[20:51] jokingly told us how he knew George was

[20:54] gay.

[20:54] >> He kept putting his face around. I'm

[20:57] fabulous.

[21:00] I mean, I'm gay, you know. I'm not

[21:02] hurting anybody.

[21:03] >> Possibly the most groundbreaking

[21:05] outcoming was Ellen Degenerous on her

[21:07] prime time show in 1997. It caused a

[21:10] media firestorm that surprised her and

[21:12] even put her on the cover of Time

[21:14] magazine.

[21:15] >> You keep hearing the question, you know,

[21:16] is America ready? Was America ready?

[21:19] Nobody's ever ready. You can't just wait

[21:21] for America to be ready for things. And

[21:23] and that's how we we we affect change.

[21:28] Rosie O'Donnell came out in 2002 to

[21:30] champion the rights of gays to adopt

[21:32] children and then had a very public

[21:34] wedding ceremony with partner Kelly

[21:36] Carpenter two years later.

[21:38] >> Some people asked us where we were going

[21:39] on our honeymoon with four kids under

[21:41] the age of eight. There will be no

[21:42] honeymoon.

[21:44] >> In 1999, Nathan Lane, who attended an

[21:46] Ellen coming out party two years

[21:48] earlier, told the Advocate magazine he

[21:50] was gay. He also joked with the New York

[21:52] Post, quote, "Look, I'm 40, I'm single,

[21:55] and I work in musical theater. You do

[21:57] the math.

[21:59] >> Annet was with Chastity Bono when she

[22:01] came out in 1995. Her mom, Sher, was

[22:04] shocked at first, but later told us,

[22:05] quote, "I don't give a bleep."

[22:07] >> The headlines keep coming here on ET in

[22:10] seconds. But first, let's throw it over

[22:12] to the insider.

[22:13] >> Thank you, Jan. Which huge star just

[22:15] opened up to us about the gay secret he

[22:18] kept hidden for decades? Plus, the lost

[22:21] footage of Lucy and Johnny, their wild

[22:23] dinner together, and his Tonight Show

[22:25] performance not seen in more than three

[22:27] decades. The insiders 10 minutes away.

[22:31] >> This weekend on Entertainment Tonight,

[22:34] >> I don't feel bad.

[22:35] >> It's a family affair as both mother and

[22:38] daughter go under the knife.

[22:40] >> There's just nothing to it really.

[22:42] >> It's the facts of life reunion.

[22:45] >> We were referred to as the facts of life

[22:46] a couple of times. The weight problems,

[22:48] the hair dilemmits. That's this weekend.

[22:53] >> Your favorite fat fighting TV show is

[22:55] back on VH1 August 6th. And we've got

[22:58] the overweight stars in their underwear.

[23:01] So, who's hitting the fit club scales

[23:03] for season 4?

[23:06] >> Easy, please. Thank you very much.

[23:08] >> Yes, the giant scale is back and it

[23:10] doesn't lie. The eight new stars on

[23:12] Celebrity Fit Club start the show

[23:13] weighing a combined 1,821

[23:16] lbs. Their progress is measured at

[23:18] weekly weigh-ins, and they also have to

[23:20] step on to what we call the centrifuge

[23:23] of fat. So, how do they plan to lose

[23:25] those pounds? Get set for big club boot

[23:28] camp.

[23:30] >> Tina Yoders is one of the first celebs

[23:32] to feel the pressure. You may remember

[23:34] her as the little sis who grew up before

[23:36] our eyes on family ties.

[23:38] >> Hi, I'm Jennifer. As Tina told Jan, she

[23:41] was always comfortable with her size,

[23:43] even if Hollywood wasn't.

[23:45] >> Growing up, I never had a weight

[23:47] problem. I was a healthy size. I was a

[23:51] size eight. But in this industry, a size

[23:54] eight is borderline obese. So, why did

[23:59] Tina join Fit Club? Well, first off, she

[24:01] had just become a new mom. And another

[24:03] motivation was that this past December,

[24:05] Tina lost her father to heart disease.

[24:08] That alone

[24:11] motivates me to want to be healthy

[24:14] because I

[24:16] am so um just hurt that um then my baby

[24:21] won't have her grandfather.

[24:24] >> Another fit lover hoping to shed some

[24:25] baby weight is Erica Eliniac. The former

[24:28] Playboy playmate and Baywatch lifeguard

[24:30] clearly remembers Hollywood's pressure

[24:32] to be thin. I can remember one

[24:35] particular scene where there were shorts

[24:37] and a tank top and I thought they wanted

[24:38] me in a swimsuit, but I'm wearing shorts

[24:40] and a tank top cuz I feel much too

[24:42] heavy. I feel too I hate the word fat,

[24:44] but I felt fat. It is just drilled in

[24:47] your head and I feel like I robbed

[24:50] myself of so much joy.

[24:54] I look back now, I want to cry because I

[24:57] think, you know, there's so many times

[24:59] in my life that I wish I was on the

[25:02] dance floor and not on the balcony

[25:05] watching everybody dance, but I've lived

[25:08] my life so much of it. Um, just afraid,

[25:11] you know. What's the craziest thing you

[25:13] did to maintain your weight?

[25:14] >> I would say probably the worst thing

[25:15] I've ever done was definitely laxative

[25:17] abuse.

[25:18] >> Really?

[25:18] >> Yeah. So, the most you've ever weighed?

[25:21] >> My god. Right before I gave birth, for

[25:22] my height, I was 203 lbs. Tomorrow, the

[25:25] drama continues with more of our

[25:27] Celebrity Fit Club season 4 sneak peek.

[25:31] >> Carney Wilson's Fit Club Confession.

[25:34] >> The weight, the weight, the weight,

[25:36] >> her emotional battle with the bulge, a

[25:39] Miami Vice Stars exclusive.

[25:42] >> You know, I got some questions.

[25:43] >> Colin and Jamie turn the tables on our

[25:45] Vanessa Manila.

[25:46] >> You've been in the press a little bit.

[25:48] All right. Plus belligerent pride in

[25:52] that family made everybody like so late

[25:55] >> and Jackie O. We look back at her life.

[25:59] >> There was so much tragedy.

[26:00] >> That's tomorrow.

[26:06] In today's ET birthdays, which Hill

[30:17] entertainment news ahead. The Insider

[30:19] gets started right now.

[30:22] Inside.

[30:23] >> Right now on the Insider,

[30:25] >> the Insider uncovers new details on

[30:27] today's top two Hollywood stories. David

[30:30] Hasselhoff too drunk to fly.

[30:32] >> You couldn't get on your first flight

[30:34] cuz you had too much to drink.

[30:35] >> Who said that?

[30:37] >> Latest developments about the star

[30:38] carted away from a commercial jet by

[30:41] airport officials. Plus, new insider

[30:53] Lance Bass coming out of the closet. And

[30:55] another star comes to the insider with

[30:58] the gay secret he kept hidden for

[31:00] decades.

[31:01] >> In Hollywood, was it hard to keep a

[31:02] secret?

[31:04] >> Then a Hollywood actress completely

[31:33] whipped into the air.

[31:38] There's big news and the insiders been

[31:40] working the story all day long for you.

[31:43] Hi everybody. I'm Pat O'Brien. Welcome

[31:45] to the Insider

[31:46] >> and I'm Larara Spencer from our Times

[31:48] Square studio in New York City.

[31:50] >> Well, Larara, we've got the up tothem

[31:51] minutee details on the celebrity

[31:53] headlines everybody is talking about.

[31:56] >> True.

[31:57] >> You couldn't get in on your first flight

[31:58] cuz you had too much to drink.

[32:00] >> Who said that?

[32:01] >> What you are watching is new video of

[32:03] David Hasselhoff leaving LAX? He's

[32:05] answering accusations that his alleged

[32:07] drunken behavior got him banned from a

[32:09] British Airways flight yesterday at

[32:11] London's Heathro airport.

[32:13] >> So, it's not true? Here's the 54year-old

[32:16] America's Got Talent judge yesterday

[32:18] wearing sunglasses and seated on the

[32:20] back of an airport cart inside London's

[32:23] Heathro airport. The video was shot just

[32:25] moments after he was reportedly

[32:27] prevented from boarding a plane back to

[32:29] LA because he was allegedly intoxicated.

[32:33] >> David was reportedly spotted stumbling

[32:35] around and mumbling to people after he

[32:37] downed bottles of beer and shots of

[32:39] whiskey as he waited for his flight in

[32:41] the British Airways first class lounge.

[32:43] In this statement to the insider,

[32:45] British Airways did not specifically

[32:46] name David, but said, quote, "A male

[32:49] passenger was denied boarding flight

[32:51] BA279 Heathro to Los Angeles service as

[32:54] he was deemed to be unfit to travel."

[32:57] >> David's spokeswoman insists he was sick,

[32:59] not drunk. She says it was his decision

[33:01] not to board the flight because the

[33:03] medication he was taking made him vomit.

[33:05] She also says the medication was

[33:07] prescribed by David's doctor for an

[33:10] infection to an injury he sustained to

[33:12] his hand last month. Yesterday, David

[33:15] officially became a single man again. A

[33:17] Los Angeles judge reportedly granted

[33:20] David and Pamela Bach an end to their

[33:22] 16-year marriage. From celebs going

[33:25] their separate ways to a couple about to

[33:27] tie the knot wearing a huge engagement

[33:29] ring on her head, a white veil, and

[33:32] clutching a bouquet of flowers. No, this

[33:34] isn't Pam Anderson's wedding photo. Pam

[33:36] spilled wedding secrets in Vegas

[33:38] yesterday about her upcoming Idos to Kid

[33:40] Rock. While promoting her new website,

[33:42] Pamela Poker.com, she talked about her

[33:45] plans to say I do not only this weekend

[33:47] in Sanrope, but in Malibu, Nashville,

[33:50] and Kids Hometown of Detroit. Pam says

[33:53] her soon to be hubby has written a few

[33:55] songs for their South of France

[33:57] ceremony. But as for lastminute wedding

[33:59] jitters, she says no, she's not nervous.

[34:02] Now this just in. The latest star

[34:04] headlines and the insiders breaking it

[34:06] down.

[34:07] >> MC's medical crisis.

[34:09] >> I can eat whatever I want in front of

[34:11] people and not be ashamed of it.

[34:12] >> The idol runner up who's battled bulimia

[34:14] says she's okay now. And the reason she

[34:17] missed the start of the American Idols

[34:18] live tour was due to illness, but not

[34:21] anything related to her past eating

[34:23] disorder.

[34:24] >> It's been about a year since I've had

[34:25] any problems.

[34:28] Today, Katherine McY, the new face of

[34:30] sexy hair products, performed for the

[34:32] ladies of the View. Tonight, she joins

[34:34] fellow idols already on tour. Now,

[34:36] another Suri sighting. Will Smith's

[34:38] wife, Jada Pinket Smith, just told

[34:40] People magazine she and Will visited the

[34:42] Cruise Mansion twice to see Tom and

[34:44] Katie's newborn, and she's gorgeous.

[34:47] Jada tells People, quote, "She's

[34:48] beautiful and they're very happy, and

[34:50] they need to be left alone. She's the

[34:52] cutest little baby. He's got a head full

[34:54] of black, beautiful hair. It's been 14

[34:56] weeks since Tom and Katie brought Siri

[34:58] into the world. And so Jada isn't the

[35:01] only star to come forward with a Siri

[35:03] spotty.

[35:04] >> Earlier this month, actress Leah Remeny

[35:06] said she also saw Tom and Katie's baby

[35:08] girl.

[35:52] Now for an insider update. The new

[35:54] development that our sources have just

[35:56] uncovered.

[35:59] >> Justin Timberlake breaks his silence.

[36:02] Just after the release of his latest

[36:04] music video, Sexy Back, JT speaks about

[36:06] his former bandmate saying he's gay.

[36:09] Telling the insider, quote, "Lance is

[36:11] one of my great friends. I support him

[36:13] and wish him all the happiness in the

[36:15] world." And now the Lance and Britney

[36:17] Murphy connection. Britney told me the

[36:19] pair did a photo shoot together for an

[36:21] upcoming issue of Italian Vogue.

[36:23] >> We actually, oddly enough, worked

[36:24] together a couple weeks ago, and he was

[36:25] the kindest man. Very grounded, very

[36:27] intelligent, and a sweetheart. And I

[36:29] hope he finds true love in this world.

[36:30] >> From Lance to Lindsay, more on her heat

[36:33] exhaustion scare that the insider broke

[36:35] to the world yesterday. Her rep told the

[36:37] insider she's out of the hospital and

[36:39] back on the set of her new movie,

[36:41] Georgia Rule, due out next year.

[36:44] You've heard of walking the red carpet.

[36:46] How about driving the red carpet?

[36:50] Well, the biggest comedy of the summer

[36:51] has hit Hollywood and I'm on the red

[36:53] carpet here with my long lost twin,

[36:56] anchor man Ron Burgundy

[36:57] >> and Pat the big story. Ricky Bobby and

[37:00] the premiere of Tallaladega Nights.

[37:02] >> What a pro, huh?

[37:04] Will Frell out of his car and onto the

[37:07] roof.

[37:08] >> Yep. I'm flying through the air. This is

[37:10] not good.

[37:11] >> We didn't really know what we were

[37:12] doing.

[37:13] >> Uh cuz we knew nothing about NASCAR when

[37:15] we pitched it. And also speeding into

[37:17] the premiere, the $6 million man

[37:19] himself, Lee Majors, with his beautiful

[37:21] wife, Faith.

[37:22] >> So, how much would the $6 million man be

[37:24] worth today in today's hour?

[37:25] >> 6 million.

[37:26] >> 6 billion. Are you a NASCAR fan?

[37:28] >> Oh, yeah. We're we're great NASCAR fans.

[37:31] >> Also zooming into the high-speed

[37:32] premiere of this fast track to the funny

[37:34] bone film opening one week from Friday.

[37:37] Bruce Willis and the Williams sisters,

[37:39] Venus and Serena.

[37:41] >> NASCAR is unreal. The speed is actually

[37:43] so sexy.

[37:44] >> I'M ON FIRE. I'M ON FIRE. YOU'RE NOT ON

[37:46] FIRE, RICKY BOBBY.

[37:48] >> You turn up naked in a lot of movies

[37:49] lately. What's up with that?

[37:50] >> Uh, that's my public service to America.

[37:53] >> Was Ron Burgundy based on my life as an

[37:55] anchor man in the 70s?

[37:56] >> How did you know?

[37:57] >> It's exactly the character.

[37:58] >> We were going to call him Paul O'Brien,

[38:01] but we thought you you'd get on to it.

[38:04] >> Well, you may get to see Will streak

[38:06] again because let's start laughing now.

[38:08] He's already signed on for Old School 2.

[38:13] A totally bald actress finally exposing

[38:16] her 20-year hair loss secret.

[38:18] >> Are you worried that going public about

[38:20] being bald will hurt your career?

[38:22] >> The mystery star underneath the wig.

[38:24] Just as Lance Bass reveals he's gay,

[38:27] Richard Chamberlain tells the insider

[38:29] the one thing he tried to cover up for

[38:31] more than half his career.

[38:32] >> It was the big painful secret of my

[38:34] life.

[38:35] >> And has a 72year-old gone under the

[38:38] knife? Plus Lucy and Johnny's lost TV

[38:41] rehearsal. Well, hello there.

[38:45] >> The outtake you were never meant to see.

[38:47] Then staring straight into a deadly

[38:50] tornado.

[38:50] >> This is one big

[38:52] >> All new Twister Terror.

[38:56] >> The best is yet to come and it's all

[38:58] just seconds away.

[39:00] My nice girls, your mom is so hot.

[39:20] always feel sexy, and this role helped

[39:22] men some hurt feelings.

[40:51] >> $2 million. The usual split. That's my

[40:54] parole appointment. It's going to be

[40:55] kind of a problem, don't you think?

[41:47] sharing one stage. We've uncovered the

[41:50] lost footage of their rare TV appearance

[41:52] together.

[41:54] >> You can call me Lucy. My friends do.

[41:56] >> All right, Lucy.

[41:57] >> Lucy meets Johnny inside the lost

[42:00] episode. Well, hello there.

[42:05] >> December 1969. Two comic legends, one

[42:08] rarelyseen episode. When Carson appeared

[42:10] on his pal Lucy show, it was television

[42:13] magic.

[42:14] >> Waiter. Yes, sir. You want to make that

[42:16] a triple?

[42:19] >> A triple martini? You know, you could

[42:22] get drunk on that.

[42:23] >> Oh, I hope so.

[42:26] >> Here's Lucy out on DVD. also includes

[42:29] this priceless Carson footage. Listen

[42:31] closely as Lucy flubs her lines.

[42:34] >> Program about progress on the campuses.

[42:38] >> Unrest on the campuses. There going to

[42:40] be a lot of progress and unrest, you

[42:42] know.

[42:43] >> And another surprise, unknown to the

[42:45] audience, Lucy's mom is in the episode.

[42:48] She appears as a member of the Tonight's

[42:49] Show audience. And while Carson may have

[42:51] been smooth and comfortable in front of

[42:53] the camera, offscreen was another story.

[42:55] As Dick Cavitt told me earlier this

[42:58] year,

[42:58] >> I never saw a man so socially in agony

[43:02] as having to chat with the common man or

[43:05] even the uncommon man. He just couldn't

[43:08] do it.

[43:09] >> Here's a little fact about Lucy. She was

[43:11] the first woman to own her own

[43:12] production company as the head of Desi

[43:15] Lou.

[43:17] >> First, Lance Bass breaks news about

[43:19] being gay. Now, it's Thornberg star

[43:21] Richard Chamberlain's secret that could

[43:23] have ended his career. It was that

[43:25] taboo? Yeah.

[43:27] >> A bald actress in tears breaking her

[43:30] silence about her hidden hair loss

[43:32] tragedy.

[43:32] >> I really felt like I couldn't tell

[43:34] anybody because I'd be a bold freak.

[43:36] >> Who is this mystery star? Then brand new

[43:39] funnel cloud footage trapped in the path

[43:41] of a killer twister.

[43:42] >> The vacuum just took me up off the

[43:45] floor.

[43:47] >> That's coming up next on the Insider.

[43:52] >> Introducing new Diet Ocean Spray. It's

[43:54] 10 times better than diet soda.

[43:56] >> More like a hundred times.

[43:58] >> Well, that's just a figure of speech. I

[44:01] could have said a thousand times.

[44:02] >> Well, you should have. Tastes great.

[44:04] Made with real fruit juice. Only five

[44:06] little calories.

[44:08] >> Okay.

[44:10] New Diet Ocean Spray is a thousand times

[44:13] better than Diet Soda.

[47:04] >> The insider is just getting started.

[47:06] Victoria Rano has more news here in

[47:08] Hollywood. A bald actress comes forward

[47:11] in tonight's Insider interview.

[47:13] >> Which other Hollywood actresses are

[47:16] secretly bald?

[47:18] She's known for her looks and luscious

[47:21] locks. She lives a Hollywood life,

[47:23] hanging out with Fran Dresser, Sylvester

[47:25] Stallone, and Vanna White. And millions

[47:28] of people know her from her stints on

[47:30] General Hospital and The Young and the

[47:32] Restless.

[47:32] >> Why do you feel upset right now?

[47:35] Because there's so many

[47:39] there's so many women feeling what I'm

[47:42] feeling.

[47:42] >> What are you feeling right now?

[47:45] >> Frustration.

[47:47] Why isn't there a cure yet?

[47:49] >> Beautiful soap actress Amy Gibson has

[47:51] been hiding a secret for years.

[47:55] >> Sorry. It's okay. You see, Amy is

[47:59] actually bald. What about being here in

[48:03] Hollywood? That is devastating.

[48:06] >> But unlike Demi Moore or Natalie

[48:09] Portman, the stark look wasn't for a big

[48:11] role.

[48:12] >> I was about 13 and a half. I had flipped

[48:15] my head over in the hair room and makeup

[48:18] room and the hairdresser said, "You know

[48:19] that you have a bald spot the size of

[48:21] the palm of your hand on the back of

[48:22] your head, but my hair was so thick it

[48:24] covered it." And I said, "You're right."

[48:26] They go, "No, really." After consulting

[48:27] a doctor, Gibson learned she had

[48:29] alopecia, a hair loss disease that

[48:32] affects more than three million women a

[48:34] year.

[48:35] >> Did you ever think it would destroy her

[48:36] career? I really felt like I couldn't

[48:38] tell anybody because I'd be a bold

[48:41] freak.

[48:42] >> And Amy's not alone.

[48:44] >> That's major.

[48:45] >> Eene Suranelo was brave enough to pull

[48:47] her wig off for us at Lmetric, a hair

[48:50] loss center in New York City. This woman

[48:52] here

[48:54] and here is not this woman here.

[48:56] >> Dr. Craig Zaring is a pioneer in helping

[48:58] women like Eileen with hair loss.

[49:00] >> We take hair from back here

[49:02] >> and we remove their own hair which will

[49:04] move in here and which will continue to

[49:06] grow.

[49:07] >> Here's the before and after. Meanwhile,

[49:10] Amy is also helping women who suffer

[49:12] from hair loss with her own line of wigs

[49:14] called Amy's Presence. Just check out

[49:16] Amy's different looks. Are there other

[49:20] actresses that are secretly bald in

[49:21] Hollywood?

[49:23] >> I'm not going to tell you who my clients

[49:24] are, but yeah, there are.

[49:27] >> Her clients may be a secret, but Amy's

[49:29] goal is clear. She's turned her pain

[49:32] into a passion for helping other women

[49:34] facing hair loss.

[49:36] >> The tears are not tears of sadness.

[49:39] They're also tears of being grateful

[49:42] that I can do this because I get it. I

[49:44] feel it. I understand. Amy has also

[49:47] developed a special wig for women to use

[49:49] during their most active moments like

[49:52] swimming.

[49:52] >> Right now, television legend Richard

[49:54] Chamberlain. He opens up like never

[49:56] before about the painful secret he kept

[49:58] hidden for more than four decades in my

[50:01] candid one-on-one.

[50:03] >> In Hollywood, was it hard to keep a

[50:05] secret?

[50:06] >> Oh, Hollywood. Now,

[50:07] >> he was the handsome leading man for some

[50:09] of the biggest TV events of our time.

[50:12] The Thornbirds, Shogun, and the handsome

[50:15] Dr. killed air. But for most of his

[50:17] life, Richard Chamberlain kept a secret

[50:19] he feared would kill his illustrious

[50:22] career.

[50:22] >> If I'd gone public in the beginning,

[50:25] >> I would have been finished.

[50:26] >> You think so?

[50:26] >> Oh, yeah.

[50:27] >> It was that taboo.

[50:28] >> Yeah.

[50:29] >> Yeah.

[50:30] >> The TV icon is gay. Chamberlain publicly

[50:33] came out just before he turned 70 back

[50:35] in 2003. The breakthrough came writing

[50:38] his autobiography.

[50:39] >> And I suddenly, my own homophobia

[50:42] totally disappeared. It just

[50:44] disappeared. It had been lessening,

[50:46] >> but it totally disappeared. And because

[50:49] it was the big painful secret of my

[50:51] life, and I couldn't talk about it when

[50:53] I was playing leading men and all that.

[50:54] >> In Hollywood, was it hard to keep a

[50:56] secret?

[50:57] >> Oh, Hollywood knew. They knew right off.

[50:59] I don't know how they got that cuz I

[51:00] thought I was pretty careful, but uh

[51:03] Hollywood knew. It's almost not

[51:05] interesting. You know, that's what I've

[51:07] come to realize in my own life that the

[51:10] fact that I'm gay is not an interesting

[51:12] thing really. And still in America,

[51:14] there's a lot of misconception about

[51:17] gayness.

[51:18] >> But Chamberlain's latest project is a

[51:20] first in his acting career.

[51:22] >> I like you.

[51:24] >> Chamberlain plays a gay character on

[51:25] FX's popular Nip Tuck airing in

[51:28] September. A much younger boyfriend at

[51:30] his side.

[51:31] >> He takes him in to get plastic surgery

[51:32] to fix his nose a little bit, fix his

[51:34] chin a little bit. It's not a healthy

[51:36] relationship. Um it's a kind of

[51:39] ownership relationship. gives him

[51:40] Porsches and Gucci clothes and all that

[51:43] stuff.

[51:43] >> And a new look.

[51:44] >> And a new look.

[51:45] >> Yeah.

[51:46] >> Mr. Skinner, tell me what you don't like

[51:48] about yourself.

[51:49] >> His chin, for starters. It's weak and

[51:51] illdefined. We're thinking something

[51:53] stronger.

[51:55] And maybe a little straightening of the

[51:58] nose. Something a bit more aristocratic.

[52:00] Uh like like this.

[52:02] >> It has to be fun for you to pioneered

[52:04] these kind of shows and then see where

[52:06] it's gone to

[52:06] >> to be on the other side of the scalpel.

[52:08] Yeah, it's it's fun. It's it's actually

[52:11] more fun to be uh on the character side

[52:13] rather than on the leading man's side.

[52:15] >> Your thoughts on plastic surgery now?

[52:17] >> Wouldn't do it, haven't done it,

[52:19] >> and I think it's fine for people who do

[52:21] it. I would be terrified to do it

[52:24] because I've seen some people whom I

[52:27] names I won't mention that it doesn't

[52:29] turn out well. So, what is Richard's

[52:32] secret to looking so young? Living on

[52:34] Maui. He told me good for your skin

[52:38] >> tomorrow. Who's that girl?

[52:40] >> Wrapped like a mummy, totally swollen

[52:42] from surgery.

[52:43] >> Can you guess which world famous woman

[52:44] allowed the insider inside her facelift

[52:46] operation?

[52:47] >> It's one plastic surgery story we can't

[52:49] wait to show you. Then

[52:52] the insiders all new Dallas T.
