[0:07] The storm that won't quit.
[0:11] This is the worst I've ever seen it.
[0:13] After blasting the Texas coast as a
[0:15] category 4 hurricane, Harvey unleashes
[0:18] catastrophic flooding.
[0:20] This likely is going to be an historic
[0:22] rainfall, if not an all-time record.
[0:25] This area I'm told is normally a
[0:27] playground, and right over here a
[0:29] baseball field.
[0:30] Rising waters left many scrambling for
[0:32] their lives. Others waited in waist-deep
[0:35] water at a nursing home. More than a
[0:37] thousand rescues have been made.
[0:39] I've been stuck under this overpass all

[0:42] And a reporter saved a man's life on
[0:45] live TV.
[0:46] There's a truck driver stuck here in

[0:51] I feel like I can finally breathe.

[1:12] storm.
[1:13] It is expected to churn over southeast
[1:15] Texas well into the week, dumping more
[1:17] than 4 ft of rain on areas including
[1:20] Houston. In its wake, the National
[1:22] Weather Service said the breadth and
[1:24] intensity of this rainfall are beyond
[1:26] anything experienced before. More than a
[1:29] thousand people were rescued here today
[1:31] from flooded cars, homes, and
[1:33] businesses. Many had to scramble to
[1:35] rooftops to escape. At least two people
[1:38] are confirmed dead, but officials fear
[1:40] that number will rise. Harvey made
[1:42] landfall along the Gulf Coast of Texas
[1:44] Friday night as a category 4 hurricane
[1:47] with a tremendous surge of seawater and
