[0:03] tonight The Man Behind the deadliest
[0:06] shooting rampage in US history that
[0:08] person is Cho song We he was a
[0:13] 23-year-old South Korean here in the US
[0:16] as a resident alien on the campus of
[0:19] Virginia Tech an emotional Gathering to
[0:21] remember the victims and comfort their
[0:24] families I ask you to reach out to those
[0:27] who ache for sons and daughters who will
[0:29] never come home tonight expanded
[0:31] coverage of the massacre at Virginia

[0:45] Katie kurick reporting tonight from the
[0:47] campus of Virginia
[0:49] Tech hello everyone we're expanding our
[0:51] broadcast again tonight to a full hour
[0:53] to cover the tragedy here a national
[0:56] tragedy really the shooting deaths of 32
[0:59] people at this University nestled in the
[1:01] Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwestern
[1:03] Virginia all of America shares the pain
[1:06] the people here are feeling President
[1:08] Bush made that clear today as he came to
[1:10] Virginia Tech to offer words of comfort
[1:13] at a tearful memorial service he said
[1:15] the victims and their families have the
[1:17] prayers of all Americans we'll be
[1:19] telling you a lot more about those 32
[1:21] people but we want to begin tonight with
[1:24] what we now know about the gunman
[1:26] responsible for the horror here's our
[1:29] Justice cores respondent Bob
[1:32] War it was a premeditated plan for mass
[1:35] murder carried out by a lone gunman with
[1:37] few friends and no known criminal record
[1:40] police say a 23-year-old South Korean
[1:42] born student named Cho Sun Hoy acted
[1:45] alone in killing 32 teachers and
[1:47] students before killing him
