[0:04] History is made in Paris. The leaders of
[0:07] Bosnia, Croatia, and Serbia commit
[0:09] themselves to a peace agreement.
[0:11] President Clinton tells them to go
[0:13] forward, not backwards.
[0:15] >> We have a chance to create a moment of
[0:18] peace
[0:19] and a victory against all these forces
[0:22] of anarchy and and destruction that are
[0:24] out there in the world. And we have to
[0:25] do that. We have to do that.

[1:16] Europe was unable to pull off on its
[1:19] own.
[1:21] There are political leaders here today
[1:22] who acknowledge that this is tens of
[1:24] thousands of innocent Bosnian lives
[1:27] overdue.
[1:30] >> President Mallosvich of Serbia who bears
[1:32] the heaviest responsibility for
[1:34] beginning the slaughter signed for the
[1:36] Bosnian Serbs today and he said it does
[1:39] not solve all the problems of people who
[1:41] have been at war. By way of reminder,
[1:44] there were three minor
