[0:07] the real goal but then they just sort of
[0:09] start to take it a few notches down and
[0:11] when you start to do that preemptive

[0:15] definitely less inspired and it requires
[0:17] too much more energy and part of it is
[0:20] understanding that for example once you
[0:22] do your year in review and you notice my
[0:23] gosh when I set goals I reach them what
[0:26] I highly encourage people to do is
[0:28] actually to really shoot for the STS my
[0:30] test is are the eyes sparkling or not
[0:33] because if not there's not going to be
[0:35] enough Mojo to get there leadership is
[0:37] taking people where they never thought
[0:38] they could go right and then second is
[0:41] inspiration doesn't require motivation
[0:43] but both of those things require that
[0:45] you as an individual have inner power
[0:47] and inner power is something that we all
[0:49] have but we are stressed a lot right we
[0:52] are overwhelmed a lot and so we get
[0:54] disconnected and so some of the tools
[0:56] that I know you're keen on us talking
[0:57] about is how to reconnect to that inner
[1:00] power so that we can be in that state of
[1:01] abundance and start to set some really
[1:03] powerful North Stars for our teams and
