[0:05] On World News Tonight this Wednesday,
[0:07] relentless winter, another avalanche
[0:09] disaster in the Alps. The National
[0:11] Weather Service warns of extremes that
[0:13] will continue here until summer. Blame
[0:16] the most powerful Leninia in years. The
[0:20] most comprehensive report yet on the Y2K
[0:22] computer bug and our series on
[0:25] healthcare. The House Call is back.
[0:35] From ABC News World Headquarters in New
[0:38] York, this is World News Tonight with
[0:41] Peter Jennings.
[0:42] >> Good evening. In the mountains of
[0:43] Austria today, another devastating

[1:19] church that changed the holiday into a
[1:21] horror. The search for survivors was
[1:24] desperate, well-coordinated, tireless.
[1:27] It was also fruitless. Those who died
[1:30] died instantly, taken by surprise, swept
[1:33] away. They simply disappeared with no
[1:36] chance to escape. Yuri Feli was there.
[1:39] Like everyone else, he'd been stranded
[1:41] since Saturday. He won't ever forget.
[1:44] >> There were people uh crying, screaming,
[1:48] running around. myself too cuz I was
[1:50] looking for my wife and my chil
