[0:39] selloff on Wall Street today investors
[0:41] spooked again about the possibility of
[0:44] higher interest rates decided it was
[0:46] time to cash out and take some of the
[0:48] profits they made in 1999 that sent
[0:50] prices into a nose dive today the Dow
[0:53] plunged 359 points falling below 11,000
[0:57] the NASDAQ lost a record 220 9 points
