[0:04] A Scud missile eludes the US Patriot
[0:06] missiles defending Tel Aviv. Its warhead
[0:09] kills some, inflicts scores of other
[0:11] casualties, and heavy damage in a
[0:13] residential neighborhood. New fears now

[1:13] Tom Fenton in Tel Aviv begins our
[1:15] coverage, Tom.
[1:17] Dan, the number of Israelis reported
[1:19] injured is now 70. Three persons died of
[1:22] a heart attack. And the American-manned

[1:26] protect Tel Aviv failed to hit anything.
[1:31] Sirens wailed, and moments later two
[1:33] Patriot missiles streaked up through the
[1:35] darkness and disappeared into a heavy
[1:37] cloud cover. This was their first test
[1:39] in Israel. One Scud missile got through
[1:42] the Patriot screen and scored a
