[0:00] built this new tool you know it's going
[0:01] to help kids learn I remember one
[0:03] response where a teacher said oh that's
[0:04] really cool but won't some kids then
[0:06] learn faster than others they're like
[0:08] like this is a non-starter if this tool
[0:10] is going to allow some kids to learn
[0:11] faster than others then we can't use it
[0:12] the idea that you should take kids and
[0:15] give them material based on their
[0:16] ability it's just a nonstarter with some
[0:19] of the most powerful educational
[0:20] organizations in the world the craziest
[0:22] thing about this is that when you
[0:24] implement all these programs when you

[0:28] and say okay we're going to ensure that

[0:39] ones who can afford these after school
[0:40] programs they can send their kids to
[0:42] private schools they can afford private
[0:43] tutors it is the families without those
[0:46] financial resources who are dependent on
[0:49] those Public School Systems to create
[0:50] those opportunities for their kids to to
[0:52] level up that are being penalized by
[0:54] this I think very narrow sided
[0:56] perspective all right welcome everyone
[0:58] my guest today is uh Hoven Neo is the
[1:01] founder of manava an education startup
[1:04] that's teaching twoyear olds to read at
[1:06] a second grade level and more I'm
[1:08] excited to talk to him about why he
[1:10] thinks K2 education is broken for high
[1:13] achieving kids and how he's building a
[1:15] software to en perso
