[0:03] water from water sitting there can we
[0:06] talk about uh Category 5 hurricane now
[0:08] the the strength right now of the winds
[0:11] in Andrew is what it's 150 mil per hour
[0:14] holding there yeah I think uh I think we
[0:17] can say with some assuredness that we're
[0:19] we're going to have a maximum 150 mph
[0:22] hurricane we're actually seeing a little
[0:23] bit of fluctuating which we expect which
[0:25] may take it actually maybe 10 m per hour
[0:28] even 15 m per hour or lower but the fact
[0:30] is we're still talking about a a
[0:32] devastating hurricane in that core area
[0:35] of that fairly narrow core area that's
[0:37] going to come ashore wherever it's going
[0:39] to come ashore but uh we we know it's
[0:42] fluctuating down a little bit but it can
[0:44] also fluctuate back up it just it's just
[0:46] a matter of where it is in a cycle it's
[0:48] a natural cycle that hurricanes go
[0:50] through where what we talk about when we
[0:52] talk about the wind speed is sort of an
[0:53] average over a period of time people
[0:55] have seen these kinds of Graphics like
[0:57] the one on your screen like right now
[0:59] many times before and uh I imagine there
[1:02] are still some folks believe it or not
[1:04] who are sitting there shaking their head
[1:05] going well maybe just maybe this thing
[1:07] is not going to hit us and for those
[1:09] folks you have to tell them it's going
[1:12] to happen it's going to happen it's
[1:13] absolutely for sure no question about it
[1:16] it is going to happen tonight in fact
[1:19] the the numbers that we have up there
[1:20] right now and the distance from Miami we
[1:22] show 240 miles is the 5:00 p.m. you can
