[1:00] called it a pivotal moment for America's
[1:02] economy and that's why President Bush
[1:04] announced a government bailout to rescue
[1:06] the financial markets that were
[1:07] perilously close to melting down this
[1:10] week today he described a sweeping plan
[1:12] with the details to be worked out with
[1:14] Congressional leaders over the weekend
[1:16] it calls for the federal government to
[1:17] clean up the mess and get the economy
[1:19] moving again by buying back bad Mortgage
[1:22] Debt total cost likely in the hundreds
[1:25] of billions of dollars making it the
[1:27] biggest Federal intervention in private
[1:29] business since the Great Depression Wall
[1:32] Street embraced the news and the rally
[1:33] that started yesterday continued in fact
[1:36] the Dow has now gained back just about
[1:37] all the ground it lost earlier this week
[1:40] up nearly 800 points in two day
