[0:00] no rules, regulations, and just throws
[0:02] money at any kind of a thing that
[0:03] happens.
[0:04] >> Well, sometimes they have too many rules
[0:06] and regulations, but no government
[0:09] agency will ever be efficient. I'll give
[0:11] you a $100 if you tell me one thing that
[0:13] the government can do.
[0:14] >> That's what I've been saying all week
[0:15] long. Government can't protect you.
[0:17] Won't protect you. It's not efficient.
[0:19] And you know, these people who stayed in
[0:21] New Orleans thinking the government's
[0:22] going to come in here and protect it
[0:24] from the storm, they were crazy. Now,

[0:47] the person gets hit?
[0:50] >> I think free individuals should be
[0:51] allowed to live wherever they want,
[0:52] >> even high-risisk zones.
[0:54] >> Sure. But they should pay their own
[0:55] bills. And if FEMA weren't there, there
[0:57] would be a private insurance market. And
[0:58] the insurance companies, who are far
[1:00] smarter than the government at pricing
[1:01] things, would maybe have charged me so
[1:04] much in insurance for my house.
[1:05] >> Bought the house.
[1:06] >> I wouldn't have built it.
[1:07] >> But the people in New Orleans aren't
[1:08] going to pay their own bills.
[1:09] >> No, I mean, the government's going to
[1:11] reimburse everybody. An
