[0:05] Greetings saints and in the precious
[0:07] name of our Lord and Savior Jesus
[0:08] Christ. Once again, good to be with you
[0:11] and sharing the word of God with you and
[0:13] it's uh and we're on our series how to
[0:16] read the book of uh Revelation. This is
[0:19] and we're on part 29 and for a title,
[0:22] the first three trumpets.
[0:25] And we're going to take our scripture
[0:26] reading from Revelations chapter 8
[0:29] verse 7 to 11. So, let's go there.
[0:34] The first angel sounded and there
[0:36] followed hail and fire mingled with
[0:39] blood.
[0:40] And they were cast upon the earth and
[0:42] the third part of the trees was burnt up
[0:44] and all green grass was burnt up and the
[0:47] second angel sounded and as it were, a
[0:50] great mountain burning with fire was
[0:53] cast into the sea and the third part of
[0:55] the sea became blood.
[0:58] Verse 9, and the third part of the
[1:00] creatures which were in the sea
[1:03] and had life died and the third part of
[1:05] the ships were destroyed.
[1:08] And the third angel sounded and there
[1:10] fell a great star from heaven burning as
[1:13] it were, a lamp and it fell upon the
[1:15] third part of the rivers and upon the
[1:17] fountains of waters.
[1:19] And the name of the star is called
[1:21] wormwood and the third part of the
[1:24] waters became wormwood and many men died
[1:27] of the waters because they were made
[1:30] bitter.
[1:32] Amen. The Lord add a blessing to his
[1:33] word.
[1:34] So, you know, reading these verses and
[1:38] you look at the trumpets and you think,
[1:41] well, how are we ever going to
[1:42] understand this?
[1:44] And
[1:45] most people when they read this don't
[1:48] know what is going on or they try to
[1:51] imagine
[1:52] uh the things that are being described.
