[0:00] it's finally time for me to look at my
[0:01] task manager a task manager is simply a
[0:05] software program for your to deuce so
[0:08] we've been through the first four steps
[0:10] of my weekly review which you can see
[0:12] here in the in the sticky note and all
[0:16] of it has come down to this moment all
[0:18] of this processing and capturing and
[0:21] saving has been to sort of funnel
[0:23] everything and translate everything into
[0:27] the the language of action which is what
[0:29] a task is so you can see here on the
[0:32] screen I have the inbox the place where
[0:36] any new tasks that I create by default
[0:39] end up and you can see there's quite a

[0:42] a very formidable to-do list right and
[0:46] even at this point I don't want to just
[0:48] dive into doing these because there's a
[0:50] lot of variety here some of these are

[0:54] huge some need to be done right away
[0:57] some can wait days or weeks so I really
[1:00] want to spend some time now to sort of
[1:02] prioritize them sequence them and put
[1:06] them in a context or ask myself when is
[1:09] the best time for these things to be
[1:12] completed and once again I'm gonna
[1:14] follow the same OneTouch principle start
[1:16] at the beginning go one at a time don't
[1:19] skip any don't move backward just kind
[1:22] of get through the list as quickly as I
[1:23] can so let's look at how this is going
[1:26] to work so review the convertkit roadmap
[1:31] what I'm going to ask for each one is if
[1:35] first of all what is the priority and I
[1:37] only use two priorities high and medium
[1:39] I found if I have more than two
[1:41] priorities then it gets t
