[0:00] advance in this area. We can't say, of
[0:02] course, because of operational security
[0:05] exactly where we are on the border. I
[0:07] understand we have some video tape of
[0:09] the attack that we shot here from our
[0:11] position just a few minutes ago.
[0:14] We saw a number of Hellfire missiles
[0:17] launched from the helicopters. Obvious
[0:20] Obviously, it's night time, so we did
[0:21] not see the helicopters themselves, but
[0:23] we could hear them. And we could see the
[0:26] engines of the Hellfire missiles
[0:27] propelling them down to the Iraqi
[0:30] positions, and then each time there
[0:31] would be a loud explosion.
[0:33] We have had quite a bit of skirmishing
[0:35] along the border today, Dan.

[0:55] day to be harassing fire. But tonight,
[0:58] as soon as the sun went down and it got
[1:00] fully dark, we started to hear the
[1:02] helicopters coming, and this is a much
[1:04] more organized offensive across the
[1:07] border inside Iraq. Co- Coalition
[1:10] helicopters firing a number of missiles,
[1:13] presumably, on Iraqi positions. Dan.
[1:17] Scott, let's take this from the top. Uh
[1:19] insofar as you can determine what uh
[1:22] touched off this battle. Was it Iraqi
[1:25] artillery? Was it the firing We know at
[1:27] least one Scud uh was fired at least,
[1:30] let me say
[1:32] we have reason to believe that at least
[1:34] one Scud has been fired. But what
[1:35] touched off this particular ba
