[0:50] >> Good evening. The threat posed by
[0:52] weapons of mass destruction hit home
[0:54] today just as the United States is
[0:56] trying to eliminate Saddam Hussein's
[0:58] arsenal in Iraq. The FBI announced the
[1:01] arrest of two men right here in this
[1:03] country for possession of a dangerous
[1:05] biological agent, possibly anthrax. An
[1:08] FBI spokesman said the suspects were
[1:11] involved in the construction of a
[1:12] weapon, but it is not known what they
[1:14] intended to do with it. CBS's Jim
[1:17] Stewart is following the investigation.
[1:20] They've got some suspects and they've
[1:21] got a theory, but federal agents still
[1:23] aren't sure what they've got inside that
[1:25] Mercedes Benz they seized in Las Vegas
[1:27] late yesterday. Given what a tipster
[1:30] told them, however, and what they
[1:31] already know about one of the men
[1:32] involved, they weren't about to wait
[1:34] around to find out. These individuals
[1:36] posed a potential chemical and
[1:39] biological threat to our community.
